Michael Donnelly (2019 OF, Lawrenceville, GA) stands with a strong and broad shouldered frame on the rubber and does a nice job of hiding the ball while producing a fastball that worked 80-83 mph. Along with the fastball, he also mixed a curveball and changeup for strikes.

Underclass East

Yesiel Gonzalez (2021 SS, Caguas, PR) might be listed as a primary shortstop but he impressed on the mound, sitting in the mid-80s with his fastball while topping out at 87 mph. He worked in the 80-82 mph range from the left side with nice angle while showing a slider up to 76 mph which he kept down in the zone.

Jackson Boggs (2020 OF, Augusta, GA) has a lean and projectable build on the mound and offers a quick arm action while working to a high three-quarters slot. His fastball worked 78-81 mph with sinking life when down and mixed in a sharp curveball with 11-5 shape and good bite.

Austin Coultas (2021 OF, Wesley Chapel, FL) does nice job of creating deception in his delivery with a full and loose arm stroke up to a high three-quarters slot to produce a fastball that worked in the 78-81 mph range. The velocity projects moving forward and he also shows nice spin on his slider with sharp 10-4 shape.

Christopher Hund (2021 SS, Woodbridge, VA) showed quickness to his right arm during his time on the mound and projects well physically moving forward. He ran his fastball up to 82 mph while working in the upper-70s and he kept the ball down well while showing fading life and maintains arm speed on his low-70s changeup.

14u

Dylan Cupp (2023 SS, Cedartown, GA), a primary shortstop, showed well on during his time on the mound with his athleticism and loose arm action. He ran his fastball up to 80 mph but more impressive was the feel for his mid-70s cutter and changeup, mixing consistently while working in the zone.

14-Columbia Blue vs 15-Gold

1/26/2019

Nick Classie (2020 C, Ridge, NY) played hard from the 1st inning to the 12th inning in this game. He showed his skills defensively and offensively but really impressed behind the plate. He caught the entire game and threw out multiple runners with a very strong arm and good footwork. He used his quick hands and bat speed at the plate to get a hard hit single to right field. He swings hard every pitch and gives it all every play behind the plate.

Donovan Hill (2021 OF, Plantation, FL) had a great day at the plate going 2 for 3 with 2 hard hit singles. He has a good approach in the box and looks very relaxed up there. His singled included a hard ground ball to the left side and line drive to left. He hit the ball hard consistently and has power potential.

Matthew Campina (2020 C, Orlando, FL) showed his smooth swing in his first at bat with a double that was crushed to opposite field. He has a short, simple swing and makes loud contact. He has great pop and steps into the box with a balanced approach.

Isaac Williams (2021 LHP, Wake Forest, NC) threw three scoreless innings of work and only allowed 1 hit. The lefty looked very comfortable on the bump and ended up recording 5 strikeouts with a fastball that topped out at 80MPH. He also mixed in a 71MPH slider that he threw for strikes consistently and made hitters miss.

12-White vs 13-Black

1/26/2019

Jordan Spearman (2020 C, Central, SC) Showed a naturally leverage swing plane with present strength at contact. Generated good carry off the barrel when squared, pick up a double in game action.

Sean Amarante (2021 OF, Spring, TX) Showed a balanced, naturally lifted swing plane with present strength at contact. Had a loud double to deep left field in his last at-bat of the game.

Daniel Vassallo (2020 RHP, Lutz, FL) The 2020 grad showed excellent control for all three of his pitches. Topped at 80 miles per hour with his fastball, but consistently kept hitter off balance with his breaking ball and changeup. Maintained arm speed with all three of his pitches and continuously induced weak contact throughout each inning of work.

Joshua Stankiewicz (2021 RHP, West Palm Beach, FL) The 2021 grad impressed at the plate showing a compact, direct swing path to contact. Showed a knack for finding the barrel collecting two hits in game action.

22-White vs. 23-Colombia Blue

1/26/2019

Nicolas Adamo (2020 C, Paramus, NJ) The New Jersey native put on a show against 23-Colombia Blue, showing solid pull side pop on his way to three extra base hits. Adano has a tall and simple stance and displayed a nice swing to find a few barrels.

Aaron Posey (2022 C, Wexford, PA) The 2022 grad stroked a well hit double into deep right field. Posey has a medium build, upright stance, and good feel for the plate.

Austin Tanner (2020 RHP, Windermere, FL) Tanner pitched three solid innings, stacking up six K's with his 77-82 fastball, curveball at 70, and changeup at 66. The 2020 grad attacked the bottom of the zone, with a live fastball with a good amount of arm side run.

Anthony Garcia (2020 LHP, Yabucoa, PR) The Puerto Rico native has a low-effort approach, but has a surprising amount of jump on his fastball. The 2020 grad sat 79-84 and mixed in a solid slider and changeup. He showed a very good arm action with good sinking cut.

Matthew Cassandra (2020 OF, Cumming, GA) The 2020 grad found multiple barrels to spray hard hit balls around the field. Cassandra has a well built frame and displays an open stance, high hands, and an athletic swing.

Nathan Weber (2020 SS, Milton, FL) Weber challenged the zone with his fastball sitting 78-82 to work a quick 1-2-3 inning. The Florida native closed out the game flashing his curveball with sharp depth as well as a solid changeup at 72 MPH.

24-Red vs. 25-Royal

1/26/2019

Andrew Alise (2020 3B, Ithaca, NY) hit a solid double to the fence in today's match-up for 25-Royal.
