Brody Perdue is a 2020 C/2B, 3B with a 5-9 175 lb. frame from Coker, AL who attends American Christian Academy. Medium frame with beginnings of strength. Primary catcher with a low, side set stance while receiving the baseball. Gains some ground while working out of crouch with smooth paced footwork. Clean glove circle while working through exchange and released from a compact three-quarters arm slot. Throws generated on line carry to the bag topping at 73 miles per hour, best workout pop time of 1.97. Right handed hitter with an upright, slightly open stance and simple front side trigger. Generated some linear shift into contact with lower half. Coils hands slightly at load and works to baseball on a clean hand path. Utilized a slightly lifted barrel plane through extension while employing a mid field approach. Flashed solid carry to the gaps when on time and squared. Good student as well.
