Christian Lasecki is a 2020 C/MIF, RHP with a 6-0 145 lb. frame from Panama City, FL who attends A. Crawford Mosley. Large frame with square shoulders and a slender build. Ran a 7.85 second 60-yard dash. Worked out defensively as a primary catcher. Sets up with a low side straddle stance. Gains ground out with smooth footwork and some explosiveness from the hips. Quick release with online carry to the bag topping out at 78 miles per hour and popping a 1.88. Righthanded hitter with an even stance and short leg lift trigger for timing. Gets around the ball with a direct path to contact. Elevates contact and can hit the ball to all fields. Secondary righthanded pitcher with a short side step delivery into a leg lift to the belt. Lands in line down the mound with an average stride. Quick arm action into a higher three-quarter release. Commands the edges of the plate well with the fastball topping out at 82 miles per hour. Throws the breaking ball for strikes with tight spin at 70 miles per hour. Excellent student as well. Named to the 2019 National Underclass East Showcase Top Prospect List.
