25-Red vs. 28-White Game Highlights

12/28/2022

Ty Lovcik (2024 RHP, Maple Grove, MN) showed a big arm and worked up to 85 mph. He showed feel for a breaking ball that was sharp at times.

Daniel Bravo (2024 RHP, Doral, FL) is an athletic righty with a whippy arm and a fastball up to 84 mph. It's a full three pitch mix with a fading changeup he really turns over well.

Talan Steinway (2025, Trafalgar, Ill.) came out and pitched on cruise control to kick things off in 22-Navy’s first game. His fastball/slider combination was effective and helped him miss barrels. The athletic right-hander found ways to fool hitters, and it helped him produce a solid line after his three innings of work. He punched out seven hitters, facing only nine.
