Emmanuel "Manny" Lantigua is a 2025 SS/RHP with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Boca Raton, FL who attends St. John Paul II. He ran a 7.31 second sixty. A primary short stop with a young athletic build. On the infield he showed soft hands receiving the ball with confidence as he moves to and through the ball well, the arm strength stood out with easy carry onto ball as he topped out at 87 mph. On the mound he controls the body well through the delivery with quick actions as he uses the lower half well driving downtime mound, the arm works free through the back with projectable arm speed from more of. a three-quarters arm slot as he worked in the zone with both offerings. The fastball sat 82-85 mph generating plenty of arm side run through the hitting zone, the slider showed consistent arm speed with late depth in the mid 70's as he repeats the mechanics on the slider as well. Right-handed hitter, uses a big leg lift trigger shifting forward into contact, he showed good feel for the barrel with projectable power as he adds strength to the frame and continues to get good extension out front.
