Brenden Lewis (2025 2B, Santee, CA) was yet another two-way standout for the Dark Green team.  He has a very loose and fast right handed swing that produced a double into the left field corner and a line drive base hit that undressed the third baseman.  He also worked a quick and clean inning on the mound with a 78-81 mph fastball.

Manny Lantigua (2025, SS, Boca Raton, FL) has outstanding actions defensively at shortstop but he was spectacular in an inning of work on the mound.  He worked in the 83-86 mph range, mostly in the strike zone, to go with a nasty 76 mph slider.  There is some serious arm speed here to go with all his other tools.

Connor Langdon (2026 LHP, Perry, GA) is a model of projection, with a 6-0/150 build and an easy, low effort delivery and arm action.  He pounded the strike zone with an upper 70's fastball and big breaking 66 mph curveball for three innings, getting easy outs on a low pitch count.

Lorenzo Laurel (2026 OF, Coral Springs, FL) has some of the best bat speed at the event.  He one hopped the left field fence one at-bat and lined a shot up the middle in another.  Laurel was also up to 80 mph on the mound.

Cruz later picked up a flair single the other way to fall in in the last inning of play.

Anthony Del Angel (2026 3B, Rio Rancho, NM) got the barrel to an elevated 78 mph fastball and hit a hard line drive single past the second base, showing some quickness to his hands in getting the barrel through the zone.

Just like Del Angel, Sean Ashenfelder (2025 C, St. Johns, FL) went with an outer half fastball and simply met it out front, shooting a line drive single the other way. He later connected for the biggest hit of the game for the Black team, getting his arms fully extended on a fastball running away, driving it the other way on a line for an RBI and a three-base hit.

After finding the barrel in his first at-bat but ultimately caught for a hard L8, Ezekiel Lara (2026 3B, Lakewood, CA) dug in later this game and again found a barrel, squaring up a sinking line drive into center field. He continued finding the barrel and turned around another ball in his final at-bat, squaring up another single into right field for a two-hit day.

Not long after Wall came in to score, Colton Haire turned around a fastball of his own for a hard single through the 6-hole.

After throwing two innings on the mound in which he was up to 75 mph, Grant Shepherd (2026 OF, Pearland, TX) went to the plate looking to ignite a last inning rally with a single to his pull side, getting enough of the bat to the inner half pitch.
