John Moeller (2020 OF, San Antonio, TX): Moeller was quite good in this game in his time on the mound, working 80-83 mph with his fastball and pounding the zone, tunneling his curveball and changeup extremely well, throwing strikes with all 3 pitches, and staying in complete control.
Ethan Box (2020 1B, Katy, TX): Box had loud weekend with the bat, and made his presence felt in this game to be sure. He drove a loud double in his first at-bat and followed in up in AB2 with a missile of a triple that one-hopped the right-center wall. His physical strength is well-advanced and it shows in his offensive game.
Harrison Guthrie (2020 RHP, Montgomery, TX): Guthrie stands out for his strength and it shows up in his swing, as he's able to drive the ball well with good jump and carry, showcasing that strength offensively in addition to being talented on the mound.
Tyran Norris (2020 OF, Pearland, TX): Norris put on a show this weekend with the bat and in the field, showing off his barrel skills with a couple firm knocks in this one along with a diving, ranging play in center field that showed off his athleticism and twitch.
Tanner Lewis (2020 C, Arlington, TX): Lewis picked up a double in this game, showing off a compact stroke that accelerates cleanly through the zone, covers the plate well, and produces quality bat speed with extra base power.
Cayden Smith (2020 3B, Mansfield, TX): Smith hit an absolute missile of a home run late in this game, driving a loud liner over the left field wall, showing off lightning-quick hands with strength and impact. He generates a lot of leverage and gets the barrel out, projecting well for power.
