Kanyon Rosson is a 2020 OF/UT with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Carrollton, TX who attends Hebron. Large frame with slender, athletic build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.05 seconds. Hits from upright stance, flexed at the knees, compact stroke through the zone with good combination of bat speed and strength, can get the barrel out and impact the ball pull side, showed ability to really drive the ball, projectable hitting tools. Worked out in the outfield, moves well to the ball and closes aggressively, fields cleanly and works through the ball well, stays balanced through actions, clocked up to 82 mph with quick and clean release. Named to 2019 South Uncommitted Showcase Top Prospect List, good student.
