At the plate, Ellsworth swung with intent and consistently drove the baseball with authority. The 2018 grad shows plenty of room to continue to add strength while maintaining athleticism.

The Oakland native showed off athletic actions throughout the weekend. Nervis Jr topped at 85 mph from the outfield and utilized a compact, line drive swing plane in batting practice. When squared, the 2018 grad produced loud contact off the barrel with carry. On the mound, the right hander featured a running fastball that topped at 84 mph.

Michael Christian Herrera  OF - 2018 - Oxnard, CA

The 6-foot, 190-pound outfielder showed a mature approach while at the plate consistently barreling the baseball throughout the weekend. Herrera utilized a simple, compact path with a lifted plane the generated good carry to each gap.

The 2019 lefty showed impressive arm whip while releasing from a loose three-quarters arm slot. Hjerpe's fastball jumped out of hand with heavy run to arm side topping at 86 miles per hour. The California native also flashed impressive control to the bottom of the zone with both a curveball and slider offerings.

The 6-foot-3, 180-pound right handed pitcher showed smooth, clean mechanics while on the mound topping at 85 mph. Sweany consistently changed speeds with a slider that flashed tight spin with late depth. The 2019 grad also impressed while at the plate generating consistent, hard contact in both batting practice and game play.

Vaughn Mauterer  RHP - 2019 - San Rafael, CA

The 5-foot-11, 160-pound catcher posted a 1.95 pop time and utilized a balanced, repeatable swing plane that generated sharp line drive contact to the gaps. Mauterer also showed two way potential topping at 86 miles per hour while on the mound.
