Jaden Woods (2020 LHP, Warner Robins, GA) is a big and strong left handed pitcher but he is also a talented athlete who looked good in outfield drills and even better in batting practice. The ball comes off his barrel with plenty of jump from a well directed and repeatable swing.
Brandon Contreras (2020 C, Suwanee, GA) creates nice barrel whip from the right side with a loose and extended swing that produced lots of hard middle of the field line drive contact.
Dorien Branch (2019 OF, McDonough, GA) is a tall and slender athlete but the ball really came off his barrel well and he flashed lots of carry and power potential to left centerfield.
Landon Slemp (2020 SS, Johnson City, TN) has an athletic and projectable 6-0/165 build that can carry plenty more strength and a simple and quick right handed swing that squared almost everything up during his round.
Tyler Petro (2021 OF, Brentwood, TN) is only 5-9/155 but he has plenty of time to grow and get stronger. He attacks the ball with an aggressive swing approach and already has nice bat speed with more to come.
Cristian Mejia (2021 SS, Miami, FL) and Luis Mejia (2021 OF, Miami, FL) are young brothers who are both athletic in the box with lots of projection and not surprisingly similar swings. Luis showed a bit more pop in his bat in this round but both are promising young hitters.
Jake Maske (2020 OF, Silver Spring, MD) has lots of effort in his swing that creates variables that impact his consistency but there is no mistaking that he has nice left handed bat speed. The 6-0/170 athlete should continue to get stronger and improve that bat speed as well.
