Darnell W. Parker Jr. (2023 SS, Carrollton, VA) did a nice job of handling the barrel during his round, creating extension out front with the same, consistent swing each pass through the zone and steady contact to his pull side.
Justin Higgins (2023 MIF, New Canaan, CT) showed balanced to his righthanded swing as well as a feel for the barrel in the batter’s box as he utilizes a long, linear plane through the zone with steady line drive contact coming off.
Jake Kozlowski (2023 OF, Langhorne, PA) has a lean and athletic frame which will continue to fill out but already looks to attack the ball out front, creating nice angle at the point of contact with jump off the barrel.
Chase Krewson (2023 OF, Bridgeville, PA) first impressed with his arm strength from the outfield before jumping into the lefthanded box. Upon digging he showed a short and direct path to the ball with quick hands and projectable tools, impacting the ball to his pull side nicely.
Marcus Leclair (2023 LHP, Oakton, VA) is listed as a primary lefthanded pitcher as well as a switch-hitter who took his best reps lefthanded. With a more natural look he showed quickness to his hands and leverage out front with jump off the barrel to his pull side and occasional back spin.
Andrew (AJ) Poole (2023 OF, McLean, VA) is one of the stronger players in attendance at 6-foot-2, 190-pounds and he utilizes that strength well. He creates some torque and when he gets his arms extended, he unlocks his pop with nice carry to the middle of the field.
Jackson Sirois (2023 SS, Sterling, VA) is only listed at 5-foot-10, 125-pounds so there is plenty of room to fill out physically, but he already showed present bat speed and a natural feel for the barrel. The ball comes off his barrel well, regularly squaring it up with repeatable mechanics.
Terrence Rhodes (2023 RHP, Richmond, VA) is another young lefthanded hitter who impressed with his present tools and what he could ultimately develop into. Though his load is busy, he possesses quick hands with some whip to the barrel and does a nice job of getting the barrel through the zone.
