Julio De Jesus (2018 2B, McKinney, TX) doubled in the game for the gold team today. De Jesus has lift in his swing with bat speed and makes solid contact when he barrels the ball up. 

Christopher Lukas (2018 OF, Danielsville, GA) made solid contact all day long including doubling in his second at bat. Lukas has a line drive swing plane with pop in his bat. 

Kyle Ayers (2018 2B, McDonough, GA) singled 3 times in the game for the navy team today. Ayers has a compact swing with bat speed with a line drive swing plane and makes solid hard contact.  

Ethan Foley (2018 2B/RHP, Canton, GA) sat 80-84mph on his fastball with his curveball at 71mph. Foley has a clear arm action with an arm that works with a balanced delivery. Foley has good life to his fastball an throws his curveball consistently for strikes showing a good feel for it. 

Jacob Edwards (2018 SS, Lawrenceville, GA) sat 81-84mph with his fastball mixing in a curveball at 68mph, a slider at 73mph and a changeup at 75mph. Edwards has a long loose arm action with a very fast tempo on the mound. Edwards has good late fade action to his changeup throwing it for strikes.

Chris Shepherd (2018 C, Durham, NC) showed intriguing power potential to the pull side during the round. He showed the ability to get extended out in front and flashed good bat speed when turning the barrel over to pull the ball. 

Ethan Foley (2018 2B, Canton, GA) worked with a simple, consistent, and repeatable swing. The trigger into the swing is both easy and simple, while he took a direct path to contact that correlated with line drive contact to the pull side and up the middle of the field. 

Ahmad Ali's (2018 RHP, Fayetteville, GA) approach at the plate put his hands in a good launch position as he looked to drive the ball hard to the pull side. Ali looks to elevate the ball into the air and plays well for power to the pull side of the field. 

Wynston Dyer (2018 1B, Columbia, SC) showed a lot of juice in his swing from the left side. With a physical 6-foot-3, 210-pound frame, Dyer generates good bat speed and is able to get on top of the ball well to create extremely hard hit line drives to the pull side. 

Andrew Vladyka (2018 C, Jacksonville, NC) has a good amount of strength to the frame that translated to consistent hard hit contact to the pull side. Vladyka showed looseness to his hands and path and did a good job at getting the bat head out in front for loud contact.

Tyler Bassett (2018 RHP, Woodstock, GA) sat 81-86mph on his fastball this morning with his curveball at 72mph. Bassett has a smooth repeatable delivery pitching from a 3/4 arm slot. His fastball has cut action to it with a depth to his curveball. 

Harrison Trawick (2018 SS, Brunswick, GA) singled 3 times this morning for the Navy team today. Trawick has a quick short swing and is aggressive on the bases.

Jacob Edwards (2018 SS, Lawrenceville, GA) singed 2 times as well in the game for the Navy team. Edwards has a contact approach at the plate is quick down the line and has good speed on the bases.

John (Jack) Gammer (2018 RHP/OF, Franklin, TN) had 2 singles in the game for the Gold team today. Gammer has a shot swing to the ball with a level swing and makes consistent contact. 

Carson Reeder (2018 RHP, Gulf Breeze, FL) sat 82-85mph on his fastball today with his curveball at 75mph. Reeder has a repeatable delivery with sound mechanics pitching from an over the top arm slot. He throws his curveball early in the count for strikes with tight spin to it and does a good job of getting ahead in the count.
