Caleb Thompson (2017 OF, Houston, TX) showed good athleticism and quick hands at the plate, everything seemed to come hard off the barrel.
Alejandro Amador (2017 SS, Spring, TX) had two base hits on the day. Amador showed good pull side pop hitting the ball hard to the left side all day.
Justin Collins (2017 LHP, Magnolia, TX) had two hits keeping it very simple at the plate, looking to take pitches back up the middle and opposite field on a consistent basis.
Jack Kirksey (2018 2B, Beaumont, TX) has some quickness and barrel turn showing ability to hit the baseball to pull side.
Tristan McCraw (2017 RHP, Magnolia, TX) was up to 85 mph today on the mound, showing quick arm speed and good glove side mechanics.
Mason Moszkowicz (2017 LHP, Spring, TX) produced one of the more efficient outings of the day throwing strikes and going right after hitters, was also up to 82 mph with his fastball.
Dillon Nesbit (2017 C, Spring, TX) closed out the game at 86 mph with good heaviness and wiggle on his fastball. He also had two hits at the plate making consistent contact with the baseball.
Marcos Castillo (2017 OF, Round Rock, TX) tripled in his last at bat to right-center field. He has natural lift through the point of contact and solid pop of the barrel.
Antonio Lorenzo Gauthier (2018 3B, Lake Charles, LA) showed quick twitch athleticism and speed in everything he did. He was almost impossible to stop on the base paths, and put constant pressure on the defense at the plate.
Hartman Holmes (2017 SS, Baton Rouge, LA) doubled in his last at bat also showing some pull side pop from the left side of the plate.
Steven Whitney (2017 RHP, Dickinson, TX) was up to 84 mph with a three pitch mix, striking out six hitters in his three innings of work.
