TEAL - 13 Ronald Washington (2017, Houston, TX): Washington has to be one of the better 2017's in the country. He has astounding power for a young hitter his age and hit a game home run today in addition to bombing a number of balls into the trees in BP. His swing isn't conventional but the results are eye opening. Remember his name, you'll be hearing it plenty over the next three years.
MIF Clayton Kopecky (2015, Cypress, TX): Kopecky has a nice 6-1/175 build that projects and a well balanced swing that results in consistent loud line drive contact.
C Tyler Hockenbury (2015, Santa Fe, TX): Hockenbury has more strength than his 6-0/165 build indicates and a nice swing with present bat speed and hard line drive contact.
LHP James Ferguson (2016, Fort Worth, TX): Ferguson was another primary pitcher who graded out very well has a hitter, with a good lower half in his swing and lots of hard contact.
TEXAS ORANGE - 14
RHP Will Bradshaw (2015, Longview, TX): Add the 6-4/205 Bradshaw to that list of pitcher's who can hit, although his potential ride to Texas A&M points to the fact that he is a talented pitcher, too.
C Kelvin Dews (2015, Pflugerville, TX): Dews is a very strong 6-0/210 right handed hitter with a long and loose swing that that has huge power if he can improve his shift and move into contact.
VEGAS GOLD - 15
SS Bailey Mullins (2016, Humble, TX): Mullins has a very projectable 6-1/175 build and quick, direct path to the ball from the right side. He has present bat speed with lots more to come as he gets stronger.
SS Will Heath (2017, Monroe, LA): Monroe showed surprising power and bat speed for a 2017. He's a bit rotational in his swing approach but generates very good bat speed and keeps his bat on plane with the ball for a long time.
C Brandon Upton (2015, League City, TX): Nope, not a relative of the MLB Uptons but nonetheless talented, with lots of loft in his swing and the ability to make consistent contact.
WHITE - 16
1B Tyler Bielamowicz (2016, Cypress, TX): Bielamowicz is a switch hitter with a young, projectable build and quick hands, especially from the right side of the plate.
OF Daniel Jones (2015, Coppell, TX): Jones made very hard and loud line drive contact for most of the round before showing his power in his last few swings. He projects very well.
