Charles Robinson is a 2016 3B/RHP/OF with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Sugar Land, TX who attends Westbury Christian HS. Compact strong athletic build, mature physically for his age. Versatile and talented defensive player, can play multiple positions well, primary third baseman but can also play the middle infield at a high level as well as the outfield. 6.98 runner, shows range and good footwork, made diving athletic plays at multiple positions to get outs, has a strong arm with accurate throws, will occasionally lay back on balls and trust his arm strength, really stood out in games defensively. Right handed hitter, straight stance with leg tuck load and no stride, upper body swing with good hand quickness and path to the ball, hard line drive contact. Also pitched, high energy delivery with a whippy 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped at 87 mph with big running life when down in the zone. Hustling intense player with tools and the ability to play the game.
