6-Royal vs 7-White Game Highlights

Julian Unay (2025 MIF, Bellevue, WA) Continues to barrel up baseballs in each game, started off in the first inning by hitting a bullet to the left center fence off a 77mph FB in a 2-2 count bringing in the 2nd run of the inning. 

Cy Smith (2025 OF, Oviedo, FL) Follows up his stellar performance last game on the mound with another single off a 2-2 count bringing in another run for his team. 

Mason Brundige (2027 OF, Bethesda, MD) Closed out Royal's last game striking out 4 and allowing just 2 hits in 2 innings. Began today's game with an RBI single to right field and delivered the first run of the game. 

Vladimir Breton (2024 3B, Land O Lakes, FL) Ripped a triple down the right field line to notch his second of the showcase. Putting his bat on display this weekend as well as his wheels, legging out 2 stand up triples with ease. 

 

5-Navy vs 6-Royal Game Highlights

1/28/2024

Jace Gelinas (2025 C, Mims, FL) Hot start to the game for Jace striking out 2 of the first 3 batters. 3 pitch mix and uses them all effectively in any count to produce weak contact to the infield. Top FB clocked in at 81mph, SL hovered around 72-74 consistently with a spin rate north of 2200rpm. CH spin rate dropped off significantly to around 1100rpm with the velo in the mid 70's.

Bryan Castellanos (2024 C, Pooler, GA) Bryan can definitely swing it, but he can also get it done on the mound. Flashing a couple 82mph FB's for strikeouts, Bryan is putting together a great performance this weekend on both the mound and in the batters box. 

Foster Pittman (2025 OF, Collierville, TN) Showed off his quick hands at the plate pulling a hard hit liner down the LF line on a smooth compact swing for a standup double in the 3rd inning. 

5-Navy vs 7-White Game Highlights

Tison McCray (2026 OF, Lake City, FL) Mixes in the curveball effectively producing 3 punch outs in the second inning alone. CB was around the 67-68 range, throws the breaker with intent and hides his pitches well. FB lived in the upper 70's with his top being 81mph in the 1st inning. 

Bryan Castellanos (2024 C, Pooler, GA) Followed up his performance yesterday with another deep fly ball to dead center. Bryan continues to find the barrel in each of his at-bats.

Cy Smith (2025 OF, Oviedo, FL) All around great game for Cy, roped a double into left field in the 4th inning and tossed 3 scoreless inning with 5 K's. FB was consistently upper 70's, top FB clocking in at 80mph. Very efficient on the mound tallying 42 pitches. 

Connor McGrew (2027 3B, Satellite Beach, FL) Stellar outing for Connor, tossing 3 scoreless innings and 5 K's mostly on the CB. CB was 67-70 with good 12/6 movement.

Ryley Chapman (2024, Boerne, FL) is a switch hitter with a good lower half. He consistently pulled the ball well.

 

Cristian De Los Santos (2024, Miami, FL) was crushing baseballs today. He engaged his strong lower half and consistently found the barrel, launching several home runs to the pull side.

 

Jalen Foxx (2025, Sanford, FL) made consistently good contact, spraying the ball to left and centerfield. He showed a nice approach with good timing.

 

Austin Knierim (2026, Brooksville, FL) is a lefty who showed good rotation with the hips. He barreled it up consistently with good power.

 

Chandler Richardson (2024, Sumter, SC) consistently got the barrel on-plane, showing a level swing. He employs effective swing mechanics with nice power.

 

Onix Parson (2026, San Juan, PR) has a big frame and sets up the hands high. He produced plenty of loud contact, launching barrels to the pull side.

 

Jean Cartagena Rivera (2025, Cidra, PR) has a large frame and sets up with a wider stance. He showed a nice hit tool, making solid contact.

 

Bryan Castellanos (2024, Pooler, GA) has a taller frame, set up the hands at shoulder-level, and utilized a controlled toe tap. He sprayed the ball to all fields and especially ripped it to the pull side.

 

Nathan Cuevas (2026, Orlando, FL) has a lanky frame with good juice off the barrel. He employed a leg kick and strode well for a positive round of batting practice.

 

Blake Guarnieri (2024, St. Petersburg, FL) has good size with appealing physical tools. He has projects to unlock more ability.

 

William Martinez Jr. (2024, Deltona, FL) employs a balanced stance, ripping hits to the pull side. He consistently impacted the ball well.

 

Tison McCray (2026, Lake City, FL) has a tall frame and a wide stance. He sets up the hands high and repeatedly smoked line drives.

 

Connor McGrew (2027, Satellite Beach, FL) sets up with a wider stance and employs a repeatable swing. He made effective contact frequently.

 

Alex Bostedt (2024, Green Bay, WI) has a taller frame and sets up with a very wide stance. He employs a front toe tap and connected the barrel to it multiple times.

 

Julian Unay (2025, Bellevue, WA) showed plenty of juice from the pull side. He employed quick hands and made a positive impact often.

 

Jace Gelinas (2025, Mims, FL) uses a front-toe tap and impacted the ball effectively. He consistently ripped hits to the outfield.

 

Luke Mottola (2024, Orlando, FL) has a tall frame and sets up with a wide stance. He utilizes a front-toe tap and showed plenty of power to the pull side.

 

Jeter Farina (2027, Orange Park, FL) set the hands up at shoulder-level and produced great contact. He found the outfield often.

 

Nole Hemmerle (2026, Port Orange, FL) has a tall frame and sets up with a wider stance. He did a good job of impacting the ball.

 

Walker Hudson (2026, Blackshear, GA) has a physical frame and excellent bat speed. He was a barrel machine, producing plenty of loud contact.

 

Mick Streibig (2026, Windermere, FL) has a slightly twitchy pre-swing approach, and flows well into the swing with a front-toe tap. He did a solid job of impacting the ball.

3- Green vs. 4- Maroon Game Highlights

Ryley Chapman (2024, Boerne, Fl.) kicked things off by ambushing the first pitch of the game, lining it pull side for a base hit. The Texas San Antonio commit has a clean left-handed stroke as well as athleticism, swiping second immediately after getting on.

Austin Knierm (2026, Brooksville, Fl.) got ahold of one in the top of the first, sending it into the right field corner and racing around for a triple. The shortstop checks a lot of boxes and possesses quality tools across the board.

Joel Arroyo (2026, Homestead, Fl.) showed impressive opposite field juice, burning the right fielder on a ball that kept carrying. The Homestead native settled for a triple and has advanced arm strength as well, as evidenced in workouts.

Isaac Jose Carrasquillo Sola (2025, Caguas, P.R.) pitched well and operated in the low-80s from an athletic delivery. The changeup was the go-to, drawing several whiffs in two-strike counts with late fade.

Jalex Foxx (2025, Sanford, Fl.) stroked a hard line shot the other way in the fifth inning, picking up a knock. The outfielder worked a good at-bat before jumping on an outer-half fastball. Foxx is a great athlete with bat speed and barrel skills to match.

Logan Sanchez (Lake Mary, Fl) squared one up into the pull side gap for a double in his second at-bat. The backstop also has good arm strength along with receiving skills behind the dish.

7-White vs 6-Royal Game Highlights

Zachary Roxby (2026 LHP, Tampa, FL) Mixes up FB, CB, and CH efficiently with off-speed complimenting the fastball. Fastball is 82-83 topping out at 85 in the 2nd inning. Changeup velo sits 68-69 with spin rate dropping off to approximately 1000rpm.

Max McCawley (2027 RHP, Fort Lauderdale, FL) Great command on the curveball, comfortable throwing in any count. Locates the fastball in tough hitting locations. Fastball clocked in at 76-78 with his top at 80mph, Curveball hovering around 68mph with some solid break. 

Dylan Davis (2027 RHP, Fairfield, CT) Dylan had great performances in both games today. On the mound he gave up 2 hits and had 3 K's in 3 innings in his first game. At the plate he had a base hit in consecutive games with hard hit singles to both sides of the field. 

7-White vs 5-Navy Game Highlights

1/27/2024

Cooper West (2026 LHP, Pierson, FL) 3 pitch mix, manipulates spin very well on the off-speed pitches. Fastball lived 79-82 topping out at 83 Curveball was 68-70 with a spin rate around 2200. Solid pick off move to first base that resulted in 2 outs in separate innings. 

Gabriel Gonzalez-Quevedo (2024 2B, Miami, FL) Only 2 hits and 0 runs allowed in 3 innings for Gabriel. Had good control of his fastball hitting his spots very well. Got the job done with the bat in his hands as well with a line drive single on an 0-2 count. 

Bryan Castellanos (2024 C, Pooler, GA) Bryan is very quickly establishing himself as one of the best hitters in the Preseason HS Prospect showcase with 2 triples in as many games. Smooth swing at the plate that generates a ton of power.

 

 

5-Navy vs 6-Royal Game Highlights

Dylan Davis (2027 RHP, Fairfield, CT) After giving up a run in his first inning Dylan bounced back with 3 strikeouts and allowed just 1 more hit in the next 2 innings. Fastball lived around 73-75 with a 77mph top, curveball was 61-64 and has great movement generating a lot of weak contact.

Bryan Castellanos (2024 C, Pooler, GA) Wasted no time with his first at-bat and smoked a deep fly ball to left center and reached third safely for a stand up triple. Bryan then scored the first run of the game with some heads up base running later in the first inning. 

Luke Mottola (2024 OF, Orlando, FL) Started off his showcase with a bang. Luke scorched a line drive to right center and put his wheels on display and sped around third to notch an inside the park home run as well as bringing in another to increase their lead to 5-1. 

Nathan Cuevas (2026 OF, Orlando, FL) Solid start to the showcase for Nathan with one of the top fastball velo's of the day. Lived around 84-85 with 86 being his top. Slider was a consistent 73-74 with a spin rate north of 2200rpm.
