Kai Paul (2022 SS, Wylie, TX) has hitter's hands and showed them off in this one, picking up a couple knocks including a middle of a 2-RBI double over the center fielder's head. His swing is quick and compact with strength in those hands.
Zack Moore (2023 SS, Cleburne, TX) had a couple base hits in this one, finishing 2-3 with a run scored. The rising junior has quick hands at the plate with a compact stroke that does a nice job of covering the plate.
Trevor Breaux (2024 1B, Houston, TX) has advanced strength for his age and shows it off offensively, with the ability to really impact the ball with jump and carry, as evidenced by his hard-barreled double in this game.
Robert Ryan McDonald (2025 OF, Midlothian, TX) hit a couple balls pretty hard in this game, doubling to left field down the line and also squaring up a liner to 3B that was caught. His barrel is heavy when on time.
Judah Perez (2023 C, Wichita Falls, TX) has quick hands at the dish and showed off a whole-field approach in this one, squaring up a couple low-launch liners, one for a hit up the middle and the other a liner snared in the 4 hole.
Luke Kemp (2025 OF, Wall, TX) was intriguing as a young two-way, with a quick stroke at the plate that has present linear carry when on time doubling down the line, and working up to 82 mph on the mound with feel to spin a curveball. He's an athletic and projectable young athlete.
Mason Hamilton (2024 3B, Hurst, TX) had the loudest swing of the day when he hit a missile of a bomb that got out to dead center on a line, following up an extremely hard-hit double down the line earlier in the game. He has plenty of arm strength from 3B as well.
Preston Lynch (2024 C, Magnolia, TX) had a pair of extra base knocks in this one, including both a double and a triple. He's got a smooth stroke at the dish with plenty of present bat speed, and looks the part of a masher as he continues to develop.
Tanner Norman (2024 1B, Midwest City, OK) was the lone member of the 3-hit club in this one, going 3-3 with a triple up the pull-side gap. Norman has advanced strength with a smooth stroke, and has the makings of a high-level hitter.
Jake Simpson (2022 OF, Shady Shores, TX) made a sensational diving catch in center field in the final inning, ranging to his right and extending well. He's a good athlete with some two-way upside.
