The Florida commit put on a show at Jupiter and has long been a standout with the stick. Flores has popped at the biggest events and it continued this fall. He’s the top uncommitted arm in the state equipped with a power sinking fastball, sharp top-to-bottom breaker and a fading changeup all from a starter’s build. He has been up to 96 mph and the quality of it garners plus. The entire package was on display this whole year and he took a considerable jump because of it. -IB

Fitz-Gerald was just inside the Top 100 at the last rankings refresh, but he gets a nice boost here as he climbs up into the Top 75 on the 2024 Rankings. The N.C. State commit has been a constant performer on the circuit, and he did that at Jupiter, showing off his tools to produce results. He’s polished all over, being a 6.7 runner with clean defensive actions and the ability to switch-hit in the batters’ box. After hitting .333 with a .667 on-base percentage, he’s moved up the rankings even higher. -TK

Surowiec was another top-end talent who took a leap inside the Top 75. The Ole Miss commit has huge physical talent and two-way upside. Big bat speed and impact at the plate combined with a power arm on the hill. He hit .350 on the year with eight extra-base hits and can pump low-90s from a fast arm. He’s an athletic presence with tools. -IB

Bell has shined this fall, showing off some really exciting tools all over. He’s another middle infielder who can excel all over the field. He’s got a clean glove in the field and has an innate feel for the strike zone. He’s a switch-hitter who can impact it from both sides of the plate, with the ability to work counts deep and be a real tough out. The Kentucky commit has a really likable operation in the batters’ box, and he took a ton of really strong at-bats this fall on the PG circuit, which helps him climb up inside the Top 100 ranked players for the 2024 class. -TK

Sanford had a strong showing throughout the 2023 circuit, including a seven hit performance down in Jupiter to top it off. The Texas A&M commit continues to show a strong hit tool that performs consistently during in-game action. A loose, easy swing consistently finds barrels and should continue to hit at a high level for a long time. -TH

Walker had one of the bigger swings down in Jupiter, launching a home run to the pull side to win the pool. The swing caps of a strong showing on the circuit, where the Tennessee commit performed at every stop. There is a mix of athleticism and high upside on the offensive side that could continue to allow Walker to rise. -TH
Chris Newstrom, C/IF, Phoenix, AZ

Newstrom has been an interesting prospect for a while now, but a strong Jupiter performance to cap off a solid 2023 campaign helped surge him the rankings. Newstrom has barrel feel present with pullside power showing. Defensive versatility continues to increase, as Newstrom has shown the ability to handle high end pitching behind the plate and play well at various infield spots. -TH
Griffin Burkholder, OF, South Riding, Va.

Burkholder jumps into the Top 100 after yet another successful year at the plate. The West Virginia commit sprayed it to all fields and put up big numbers towards the end of the fall. There is real looseness to the path with a quick set of wrists and a ton more room to fill in the frame. The traits stood out and he continues to rise. -IB
Collin Mowry, C, Mokena, Ill.

Mowry was one of those players whose bat might have literally been on fire this fall. Mowry found the barrel often, doing some serious damage for the Cangelosi Sparks squad the entire fall. The Louisville commit hit .385 at the PG Kernels Foundation Tournament in Iowa with 2 doubles, 2 homers, and 8 RBI, showing off the juice from the right side with a smooth operation. He turned around and doubled down on the strong performance at Jupiter, hitting .500 with 2 doubles, a triple, and 2 home runs, with 8 RBI to his credit. Mowry’s insane fall helped him jump up an astounding 400 spots into the Top 100. -TK
Anthony Quigley, OF, Sunrise, Fla.

One of the players who has made some serious strides over the calendar year is
Anthony Quigley. He was formerly ranked no. 174, but his performance this fall down in Jupiter earned him a nice boost up to no. 100 in the latest rankings. He’s a toolsy right-handed hitter who has a ton to like with his operation in the box and the ability to do damage with the stick, and the power is continuing to show up. Quigley hit .353 in Jupiter with a couple of XBHs and was churning out good at-bats for his team. The USF commit has continued to display tools, and he’s moved even further up the rankings with his solid performance. -TK
Camron Seagraves, RHP, Ellerbe, NC

Seagraves came to Jupiter as a Top-500 arm, but showcased a loud repertoire that deserved a significant rise. The right-hander has the ability to run the fastball up to 95 mph and miss bats with a sharp slider. The stuff proved it can get high-end bats out when on and has the makings of a potential power arm at backend of the bullpen. -TH
Taft Middleton, OF/1B, Columbus, GA

Middleton seemed to do nothing but find barrels down in Jupiter, producing a handful of EVs near or over 100 mph and posting a .500/.556/.750 slash line. The Auburn commit creates easy pull side power that continues to show up often during in-game action. The run-producing ability and middle of the order potential gives Middleton even more upside he can potentially tap into. -TH
Victor Christal, RHP, Raytown, MO

Christal is another Top-500 arm that had a strong showing in Jupiter that warrants a significant jump. The Missouri commit features loud swing and miss stuff. The fastball sits 92-94 mph and feel for both a slider and changeup are shown. Christal can shut down opposing lineups and miss bats at a high rate. -TH
Jackson Sirois, MIF, Leesburg, Va.
New Rank: 227 | Prior Rank: T500
Sirois raked during Jupiter and has long been touted for his pretty, low tension right-handed swing. The parts just work and fire on time and there’s considerable feel and comfort to his hit tool. He’s added more size and the impact off the barrel is becoming more present while the defensive traits can stick up the middle. The Virginia commit can swing it, and he really rose this year. -IB

Novy is another huge 200-plus rankings riser after his standout performance this year. The North Carolina commit hit to the tune of .483 this year and there is real power potential here. He gets into both halves and really separates upon impact. He has a strong arm across and the stick really took off in 2023. -IB
Aiden O'Connell, LHP, Bedford, N.H.

O’Connell made a massive jump upwards of 200 spots with tons to like from the left side, but he made a serious impact with the stick at Jupiter. On the hill he can get into low-90s pretty easily with big spin characteristics. He can really pitch, but is also able to get the bat head out front and impact it with huge strength from an accurate barrel. The Vanderbilt commit showed out in all facets this year. -IB
Cooper Walls, RHP, La Costa Canyon, Calif.

Walls showed a true four-pitch mix in Jupiter all while sitting 90-93 mph from a projectable starter’s build. He has great feel for a vertical tilt slider that misses bats at will. The ease the operation and feel to spin was all on display from the Hawaii commit. He took a massive 200-plus rank leap as a result. -IB
Connor Chicoli, RHP, Raleigh, N.C.

A Georgia Tech commit, Chicoli threw well for the Canes National/NY Mets Scout Team in Jupiter and to say he's just scratching the surface might be an understatement. A long and ultra-projectable 6-foot-3, the North Carolina native enjoyed a jump of over 150 spots as he worked a comfortable 89-91 mph on the heater picking up a trio of punch out over his pair of appearances. His performance landed him a spot on the All Tournament Team and don't be surprised if that low-90s heater continues to jump throughout the spring season.
Andrew Tess, C, Clearwater, Fla.

Tess had himself an exceptional fall performance with a really good performance at Jupiter, including a huge grand slam to help his team as they competed to advance to Bracket Play. The Pitt commit hit .308 with an impressive .571 on-base percentage, working at-bats well for his team and shining with good traits behind the dish as well. Tess moved up inside of the Top 500 players, moving up over 150 spots in the latest update. -TK
Paul Jones II, 1B, Burnsville, Minn.

Jones II came out this fall and has been solid on both sides of the ball. The Maryland Terrapins commit has been able to get it done with his bat, doing some damage in the air, having some strength in the frame to impact it well. He hit .364 with a double at Jupiter and has swung the bat well all fall on the circuit. He’s also shown traits to like on the mound as a mid-80s left-handed pitcher with a good mix of pitches to attack opposing hitters with. All of that put together helped Jones II move up over 100 spots in the 2024 class. -TK
Rylan Lujo, SS, Parkland, Fla.

One of the most consistent performers on the circuit this year was
Rylan Lujo. He is a strong and physical right-handed bat with tools to stick on the left side of the infield who gets it done in the batter’s box. The Dayton commit had a good fall performance in Jupiter, hitting .313 with 5 RBI and a big-time home run to help his team go on a run through bracket play. Lujo gets it done, and there are plenty of traits to be excited about, which helped him move up over 100 spots to be inside of the Top 400 in the latest update. -TK
Logan Dunn, OF, Neshkoro, Wisc.

Dunn had a great fall for the Cincinnati Reds Scout Team, batting in the leadoff spot and doing some serious damage. The Missouri State commit was exceptional on the circuit in Iowa for the PG Midwest Select Championships, hitting .750 on the weekend and doing damage out of the leadoff spot. He had 2 home runs and 8 RBI to his credit. He has a simple left-handed stroke that produces results, which helped him move up inside of the Top 400 with the latest update, as well as move up in-state, moving inside of the Top 10 to no.6 in Wisconsin. -TK
Colin Coonradt, SS, Cedar Falls, Iowa

Coonradt played for the Iowa Select 2025 Scout team and was a staple of their offense, getting the job done at the top of the lineup with some juice. The left-handed bat was able to lift the ball often and do some damage. The Iowa Hawkeyes commit went down to Jupiter and hit .545 with a .615 on-base percentage, adding a couple of extra-base hits to his credit along the way. He moved inside of the Top 500 as well as making a jump in the state rankings with his solid performance this fall. -TK
Jordi Guerrero, OF, Cape Coral, Fla.

Guerrero had a good year on the circuit and was able to climb up into the Top 500 in the rankings with his performance. The Florida commit hit well this fall and carried that into Jupiter, where he hit .333 with a .556 on-base percentage. He added a couple of extra-base hits to his credit as well. Guerrero moved up into the Top 500 nationally and was able to bump up 215 spots in-state to break into the Top 100 at no. 59. -TK
