A Note From Founder Jerry Ford
2021 was a year we will long remember. There were some great and not so great moments as usual. Perfect Game not only survived 2020, but we actually grew more than any previous year. That is something we should all be very proud of. Our staff put in the effort necessary for PG to double our growth in 2021.
We need to thank all the great organizations, coaches, players, families, teams and partners for their loyalty. They too helped us grow during 2021. We are thankful for the many great former MLB players that have joined PG and represent our values so well. We are grateful to our leadership and the many caring PG employees.
The accomplishments during this year were too many to mention in this letter. Most noteworthy is the growth of PG Cares. To me, PG Cares will end up being our greatest single accomplishment when all is said and done. With your continued help, we can make a real difference. PerfectGame.TV has entered into a new era and it will continue to grow. PG Tech is another area that will allow PG to do so much more for our customers. PG International is about to become a reality. Softball is coming along in a big way. This year we elected 10 former PG players to our inaugural PG Hall of Fame. PG Youth Baseball has grown quickly and is now a large part of our growth.
We welcome all our new partners and additions to our talented and caring staff.
Our goal from the time we started was to revolutionize scouting. Mission accomplished... Our player rankings have become the gold standard. One MLB executive has told his scouting division, "There is no reason to go out looking for players anymore, all we have to do is go off the PG list. They might not have players ranked the same as we would, but if you look at PG's player rankings and follow up on those, we will save a lot of time. For the most part, they have all the players we should be following listed in there. We don't have to find them these days, Perfect Game finds them for us, we then need to get our eyes on those players."
There is so much to be proud of and thankful for. 2022 and the future looks brighter than ever. Everyone should be very proud, but never become satisfied.
Happy Holidays. Stay safe everyone.
Thank you so much,
Jerry Ford
Founder and President

A Note from PG Cares Executive Director Jennifer Ford
As we close out 2021, we are reminded that there exists an incredible generosity from so many of you connected to Perfect Game and the Perfect Game Cares Foundation.
Throughout the year, we have seen so many players, families, coaches, corporate partners, and communities donate in significant record-breaking ways. Your donations and hard work resulted in raising over $1 million for pediatric cancer patients and their families as well as thousands of children from America’s underserved communities through our Grow the Game Fund.
We are humbled to know that you have given to children who you may never meet, especially during another difficult year. Those important funds will make dramatic improvements to help change the narrative for these beautiful children and provide sustainable hope and opportunity.
We are particularly proud of the young men and their families who raised funds through our WWBAs, Select Festivals and the Perfect Game All-American Classic. To see the next generation not only raise funds but do so with such eagerness to give back was heartwarming and humbling. We are so very grateful. You should feel a great sense of pride. This year, in every category, records were set.
To our corporate and community partners, our charity events and initiatives would not be possible without your gracious support and like-minded commitment to make a real difference in the lives of children. Together, we have helped grow the games of baseball and softball for kids who might otherwise not have gotten the opportunity. Kudos to you all for your incredible generosity.
A very special thank you to the hundreds of former and current MLB athletes who continue to support PG Cares throughout the years. We could not do what we do without your support. It was especially great to celebrate our 2nd Annual Fore the Kids Celebrity Charity Golf Tournament and Inaugural Hall of Fame Gala with you this year.
2022 looks to be an incredible year for our foundation. We are adding additional high-profile celebrity events, continuing the growth of our player fundraising within our jewel events, rolling out amazing programming in communities across America, forging new partnerships with organizations committed to doing this important work and launching a fundraising challenge come Spring 2022 that we cannot wait for you to participate in.
Please feel free to visit our website regularly as we will be releasing our schedule of events very soon and let us know if there are ways you would like to get involved. The more the merrier. It takes a true team effort on and off the field, but the results are long-lasting for everyone. There is no greater gift than to help a child who needs us most.
Happy Holidays to you all.
With gratitude,
PG Cares Executive Director Jennifer Ford and the PG Cares Team
