Uncommitted Gems: Coastal/MA/NE

Anthony Gambardella      AJ Denny      Craig Cozart      John McAdams      Jheremy Brown
Uncommitted Gems: Georgia

With the fall circuit mostly complete, our scouts across the country dive into some of the uncommitted names in their region who have the talent and skill to make an impact at the next level.  *All players below are listed as uncommitted on their Perfect Game profile at the time of publishing*

Henry Foresman, RHP, Alexandria, Va.
Class of 2025 | PG Rank: 500

At an athletic 6-foot-4 190 pounds, Foresman has the makings of a dependable arm that can provide lengthy outings and quality innings at the next level. The heater plays up and sits comfortably in the mid- to upper-80s, peaking at 89 mph in July. The right-hander spins both of his breakers really well—a sharp-breaking slider and 11-5 biting curve—both of which induce awkward whiffs and freeze batters in either box. Foresman is a wiry yet smooth mover and has a collection of pitches that will certainly bode well for him at the next stage in his pitching career.

Patrick Lyons, OF, Hillsboro, Va.
Class of 2025 | PG Rank: 500

The 6-foot-1 190-pound lefty has proven that he can earn his way on base in a multitude of ways. The swing is loose and leveraged, and the bat speed is dangerous. Lyons can hit for both contact and power, making him a more than serviceable bat at the top of any order. He presents tons of potential as a high-level hitter and is already a reliable glove in the outfield.

Lenox Rondon, 3B, Bronx, N.Y.
Class of 2025 | PG Rank: 500

Rondon put together a loud summer, finishing it with a slash line of .402/.514/.632 through 34 games. The 6-foot-1 200-pound right-handed hitter puts tons of intent and strength behind each swing. He has a very fast bat and can leave the yard on any pitch left in or near the strike zone. Rondon has the makings of a potent three-hole bat at the next level.

Drew Tenet, RHP, Medford, N.J.
Class of 2025 | PG Rank: 1000

At a durable 6-foot-3 210 pounds, Tenet offers a lot to project on as an arm. The right-hander has taken a big step from a year ago, topping his fastball out at 86 mph this summer. He has good command of the heavy heater and pairs it with a more vertical breaking ball that shows abrupt plane change and a touch of bite. The upside is through the roof with Tenet from a physicality and velocity standpoint.

Ryan Leach, RHP, Port Reading, N.J.
Class of 2025 | PG Rank: 500

There is plenty to like about the sturdily-built 6-foot-4 200-pound right-hander. He has a very effective three pitch mix that is highlighted by a low-70s slider with spin up to 2700 rpm. The fastball shows tons of life through the zone with short arm side run and has been clocked at 88 mph. Leach put together a dominant summer on the mound, striking out 32 batters through 18.2 innings of work.

Asher DeLue, LHP, Princeton, N.J.
Class of 2026 | PG Rank: 500

DeLue wears a lean 6-foot-3 185-pound frame with long levers and tons of physical projection remaining. The left-hander has struck out 37 batters over 28.0 innings of work this year. The fastball has been up to 85 mph and is complimented by a curveball with some horizontal tilt to it. DeLue’s a smooth mover down the slope with intriguing athleticism and arm speed, making him an appealing 2026 arm.

Ethan Lee, RHP, West Nyack, N.Y.
Class of 2026 | PG Rank: 166

Lee is the no. 2 ranked pitcher in the 2026 class and offers tons of intrigue and upside. The 6-foot-2 right-hander has certainly lived up to that status, posting a 1.91 ERA with 20 strikeouts over 14.2 innings of work this summer. His stuff is loud. Lee’s fastball was recently clocked at 92 mph and he pairs it with a sharp upper-70s slider. He has an advanced feel for spinning the breaker and misses a ton of bats with it.

Jeffrey Diaz, C, Tomkins Cove, N.Y.
Class of 2025 | PG Rank: 500

Diaz has proven to be a powerful middle-of-the-order bat that finds the barrel at a high rate. He finished the year with a slash line of .484/.584/.758 tagged with 28 RBI through 24 games. He has a fast bat with tons of strength in the hands. The baseball jumps off his barrel and typically gets carried into an alleyway or over the fence. On defense, Diaz is a brick wall behind the plate, making him a well-rounded 2025 prospect.

Carter Seely, SS, Boonton, N.J.
Class of 2025 | PG Rank: 1000

Seely has plenty of versatility in his game, making him an intriguing prospect coming out of the 2025 class. The 6-foot-1 165-pound middle-infielder is sound defensively with impressive arm strength across the diamond. On offense, he has a very consistent barrel and sneaky power tool that will continue to improve as he physically matures.

Jayden Rosado, C, Raritan, N.J.
Class of 2025 | PG Rank: 500

The no. 2 ranked catcher in New Jersey showed out this summer, posting a batting average of .533 with 11 RBI through 12 games. Rosado is an athletic mover that hit, run and defend very well. The swing is very intent-based and allows him to create leverage to both gaps. He has a strong, accurate arm behind the dish and gets the ball out very quickly.

Mason Daly, 1B, Dumont, N.J.
Class of 2025 | PG Rank: 1000

Daly had an impressive summer at the plate, posting an OBP of .508 with 12 RBI through 22 games. He wears a physical 6-foot-2 195-pound frame and hits baseballs very far when he catches them with a barrel. The swing is smooth with leverage to both gaps. Daly offers intriguing power potential as he continues to get stronger, making him a viable 2025 prospect.

-Anthony Gambardella

Colin McKissick, RHP, Concord, NC
Class of 2024 / PG Rank: 500
South Charlotte Panthers 2024 Marucci

McKissick has seen an uptick in velocity of late and with his athletic 6-2/195 frame you would expect to see it continue to trend in that direction. His delivery has become more efficient, and his strikes have been much more consistent as well. He works through an over-the-top arm angle building an upper-80s fastball that peaked at 89 mph while in Jupiter. He backs that up with a mid-70s two-plane breaking ball that creates good swing and miss ratios. He will be a quality late addition to a programs 2024 class.

Langston Rupert, OF, Charlotte, NC
Class of 2024 / PG Rank: 500
Midland Redskins 2024

Rupert saw his name on this list last year and he continues to put up numbers and show a solid compliment of overall skills. At 6-0/170 he is a slashing type of outfielder who is an above average runner with a plus tool in his arm that has reached 92 mph on throws from the field. He shows loose hands at the plate, walks as much as he strikes out, batted over .300 on the circuit, reached base almost 50% of the time and is a threat to swipe a bag at any time. Rupert methodically improves his game and will land somewhere great.

Isaac Pena, IF, Lancaster, SC
Class of 2024 / PG Rank: 500
Palm Beach Select 2024 National

Having added strength and overall physicality in the past year, Pena continues to be one of best uncommitted infielders in the region. He seems to be trending more towards the power side of the game and is now a well developed 6-1/180. He is a polished defender, may end up in a corner before it’s all said and done, and his arm stands out regularly ripping throws across the diamond in the upper-80s. He uses a high handset to get the barrel extended through impact and the ball gets off his barrel in a hurry.

Ethan Suchenski, RHP, Mt. Holly, NC
Class of 2024 / PG Rank: 500
South Charlotte Panthers 2024 Marucci

There are very few uncommitted arms out there with the size and arm talent of Suchenski at 6-5/215. A presence on the bump, he flashes a live fastball up to 92 mph with run and sink to the arm side. His arm angle is a tough look, especially for righthanded hitters and he can get on top of the ball and spin a nice short curveball. The college program that refines his delivery and keeps him on the plate with more frequency will be glad they have him. He has all the traits of being a durable arm at the next level.

Tyler Green, OF, Concord, NC
Class of 2024 / PG Rank: 500
SBA Scout 2024

Some players come into their own a bit later in the process and it looks like Green is on that track. He is what you look for in a corner outfielder, with a projectable lefthanded swing and emerging lofted power. He still has room to add plenty of muscle to his 6-2/200 frame and with the added strength should come more barrel accuracy allowing him to reduce the swing and miss. He showed flashes of his offensive production on the circuit this summer, launching a few home runs, driving in runs in bunches and finishing with an OPS of .821.

Cameron Turner, IF, Richlands, NC
Class of 2024 / PG Rank: 500
South Charlotte Panthers 2024 Marucci

Coming off a breakout performance in Jupiter, Turner put the finishing touches on an impressive season with the bat. He employs a simple approach, using the whole field and displays power foul pole to foul pole. Playing first base most of the time, he is light on his feet for a 6-3/210 athlete and shows comfort around the bag. With 4 home runs, an OPS of .888 and an impressive 22 RBIs at PG events, he is an impactful middle of the order stick. That production should translate well to the next level.

Tyler Baird, RHP, Huntersville, NC
Class of 2025 / PG Rank: 36
South Charlotte Panthers 2024 Marucci

Baird has been one of the most sought arms in the class for quite some time now and there is plenty of anticipation for when he makes his commitment. With a lightening quick arm and loose, projectable 6-4/190 frame, there is still plenty to dream on as Baird adds size and strength. His lively fastball cruises in the 88-92 mph range and has been seen up to 94 this calendar year. He has feel for a quality mix of off-speed pitches, most notably a wipeout slider that can reach the upper-70s. With a starters profile and experience at high-level events, you would imagine a Power-5 commitment is forthcoming.

Sam Schwamb, C, Fort Mill, SC
Class of 2025 / PG Rank: NR
USA Prime Coastal 16u Stars

With the classic catchers build at 6-1/195, Schwamb has big time tools across the board. He displays refined mechanics behind the dish, clean glove work and has elite arm strength, putting the ball on the bag with consistent pop times in the 1.90 range. Offensively, he uses his strong base well, has a compact stroke and the ball jumps off his barrel with dense hand strength at contact. He uses the middle of the field and showed easy lofted power with consistent feel for the barrel. Schwamb has played very few PG events and is a hidden gem in the region.

RJ Groomster, OF/IF, Simpsonville, SC
Class of 2025 / PG Rank: 484
Canes NST

Groomster is a lean, versatile athlete who plays both the outfield and infield at an equally high level. At 5-11/160 he has plenty of room to grow and add strength which will serve him well in all aspects. An above average runner at a 6.80 sixty-yard dash, he covers ground with the glove and uses this to his advantage on the bases where he shows good instincts. Groomster employs a direct, line-drive stroke using quick hands and explosive hips to generate real bat speed. He batted .341 and built an OPS of .879 on the PG circuit in 2023, so the hit tool is present.

Bradley Anderson, RHP, Jackson, SC
Class of 2025 / PG Rank: 500
Xposure

With the frame and athleticism of a middle infielder, Anderson kind of burst on the scene this summer and continues to improve on the mound. Using an explosive core and quick arm, he presents a complete repertoire and rarely gives opposing hitters the same look at bat to at bat. He can run and sink his fastball that will cruise in the mid-to-upper 80s and has peaked at 89 mph. He backs that up with a tight vertical breaker with well above average spin traits and a quality change up to keep lefties off his heater. Anderson has refined his craft over the last year and is an intriguing arm to watch in the short term.

Gavin MacDonald, RHP, York, SC
Class of 2025 / PG Rank: 453
South Charlotte Panthers Marucci 2024

Macdonald is a physically imposing righty, standing 6-4/225 and he has a big arm to back it up. Using his strong base and getting down the slope to full extension, he possesses a fastball that will sit in the upper-80s to low-90s, and we have seen it peak at 93 mph. His slider profiles as a true power offering as it gets more consistent, showing short tight break, often throwing it in the low-80s. His ¾ arm angle makes him tough to square up and as he refines his delivery and keeps the ball on the plate, he is sure to be a nice pickup for a college program.

Nick Papciak, IF/RHP, Greensboro, NC
Class of 2025 / PG Rank: 500
South Charlotte Panthers

One of the more polished, uncommitted two-way athletes in the class, Papciak has made significant strides on the mound in the last calendar year. A stout 6-0/185, he has spent most of his career on the infield where he handled the hot corner most of the time and shows the glove, arm, and the stick to stay there long-term. He has a smooth swing with gap power currently and controls the strike zone at an elite level as he walks as much as he strikes out. He profiles as a bullpen arm; he is an elite strike thrower with a mid-80s fastball and sweeping slider that misses barrels with ease.

Tanner Berry, C, Wilmington, NC
Class of 2025 / PG Rank: 500
Dirtbags Scout Team

A consistent performer and cornerstone behind the dish, Berry has the makings of an impact, offensive catcher at the next level. A lean 6-0/180 backstop, he is wiry strong with a feel for the glove and complete all around mechanics behind the dish. His arm is a weapon with a quick transfer and throws on the money with carry through the bag. His bat really took the next step this year as he hit .319 on the circuit, throwing in a couple home runs, 22 RBIs and he also swiped 16 bases. Berry is just a solid all-around athlete that will fit most rosters nicely at the next level.

Braden Polsky, RHP, Cornelius, NC
Class of 2025 / PG Rank: 500
Dirtbags Scout Team

An efficient strike thrower, consistent competitor and an arm that is really starting to emerge, Polsky is a prospect to follow this spring. Well put together at 6-1/190, the righty uses an abbreviated arm path that stays in line with his torso and hides the ball from opposing hitters. With the classic three-pitch mix, his fastball sits in the mid-80s and is blended nicely with a slider and change up that are both quality offerings. He averaged almost two strikeouts per inning pitched during the travel season and finished with an almost 3-to-1 strike out to walk ratio.

-Craig Cozart

Noah Burroughs, MIF, Millsboro, DE
Class of 2024 | PG Rank: T500

Burroughs offer plenty of athleticism and offensive prowess to help any recruiting class looking for a versatile infielder with arm strength and plenty of upside remaining. He should only continue to get stronger, while expanding his already enticing skil set.

Jacob Seek, LHP, Bozman, MD
Class of 2024 | PG Rank: T500

Seek looks the part of strong, durable innings eater at 6-foot-2, 210-pounds and has flashed the repertoire to get through a lineup multiple times. It is a free and easy arm stroke with plenty of life to his fastball, while showing feel for spin and a faded changeup that completes his arsenal. He attacks hitters in the upper-80s with more velocity coming as he refines somethings mechanically. There is some angle to his release point and he tunnels his three-pitch mix effectively. The uncommitted 2024 left-hander should be able to help any recruiting class in a multitude of roles upon arriving on campus.

Jared Dzierzgowski, OF/RHP, Sewell, NJ
Class of 2024 | PG Rank: T500

Dzierzgowski is an uber-athlete with tons of quick twitch and arm strength that will only continue to get better once he fully commits to just baseball. He has flashed easy juice to all fields, runs well and will only continue to get stronger. Add-in the two-way talent on the mound, where he has been up into the upper-80s with more coming and you have a versatile athlete that can contribute on both sides of the ball.

Ty Mainolfi, INF/OF, Staten Island, NY
Class of 2024 | PG Rank: T500

Mainolfi offers a highly athletic, versatile skill set that hits from the left-side. He can man all three infield positions well, while also using his athleticism and instincts to be able to suitably play a corner outfield spot. At the plate, he uses the entire field exceptionally well, makes consistent contact and is a sub-7 runner. The versatility, baseball IQ and instincts would be a welcomed addition to many recruiting classes yearning for the positional versatility and upside.

Dylan Drazka, OF, Rye Brook, NY
Class of 2024 | PG Rank: T1000

Drazka is compact, durable framed athlete with sound barrel skills, exceptional fundamentals in the outfield and a high baseball IQ. At the plate, he makes consistent contact, flashes some occasional pull side juice and uses the whole field well. He is instinctual on the bases and will certainly be an added addition to any recruiting class.

Christopher Hartley II, RHP, Cameron, WV
Class of 2024 | PG Rank: T500

Hartley is a strong, durable 6-foot-5, 205-pound right-hander that has worked regularly in the upper-80s to low-90s as of late, while showcasing the ability throw both a curveball and slider for strikes from his higher slot. Add-in a faded changeup that he uses effectively to left-handed hitters and you have a full starter’s kit with more velocity coming as he continues evolve. He generates whiffs on his fastball up in the zone, offers two distinct breaking balls that he can throw for strikes and holds his velocity fairly well. Hartley has all the making of an impact arm for any recruiting class and very well could see another uptick in velocity rather soon.

Eamon McDermott, RHP, Philadelphia, PA
Class of 2025 | PG Rank: T500

McDermott offers an intriguing blend of arm speed, innate feel to spin the baseball and plenty of projection remaining within his frame. He works mostly in the upper-80s with huge life through the zone. He pairs it with a high spin breaking ball that misses bats and a developing changeup that has some tumble to it. There is more velocity in the tank as he continues to refine his delivery and add strength. The upside could prove bountiful for a recruiting class and school known for developing arms.

Liam Thyen, LHP, Chantilly, VA
Class of 2025

Thyen was mentioned in our Breakout Stars portion of the Underclass Prospect Recap and falls into this category as well, as an uncommitted arm. He was simply masterful in his appearance at the Underclass Worlds and would be a welcomed addition for any recruiting class seeking arms. He navigates that strike zone effortlessly with all three of his offerings, has the ability to manipulate the speed-and-shape of his breaking ball dependent on the count, and completes his arsenal with a well-replicated faded changeup that misses bats. It is such a low-effort, repeatable delivery with easy movements down the slope. The arm stroke is clean and there is more room to add strength. Look for him to make another velocity jump in the near future, which will only aide in the continued development of his repertoire.

Christopher Cavalcante,RHP, Philadelphia, PA
Class of 2025 | PG Rank: T500

The 6-foot-4, 215-pound right-hander has been throughout the entirety of the 2023 circuit, pitching a 1.58 ERA in thirty-one innings pitched. The steady velocity climbs have added to the intrigue, as he now regularly works in the upper-80s with even more coming as he full matures. It is a fluid delivery with a longer, deeper arm stroke that he powers down extremely well. There is plenty of life to the fastball, he uses it effectively to all four quadrants well and has shown the ability to manipulate the both the speed and shape to his breaking ball. He tunnels both well, while also adding more vertical depth to the softer version and late horizontal to the firmer slider/cutter hybrid version. He completes his mix with a firmer changeup that has some tumble to it. It is a high upside, starter’s kit with feel for pitching evident by his 35:9 K:BB in PG events in 2023.

Justin Fryer, LHP, Norristown, PA
Class of 2025 | PG Rank: T1000

Fryer is another intriguing uncommitted arm that hails from Pennsylvania, as the left-hander offers an interesting blend of present arm speed and upside despite some varied results. It is a deliberate paced delivery with some hesitations and varying tempo included but the arm speed and cut/ride profile on his fastball misses bats when in the zone. Add-in a well-tunneled slider with sharp lateral break and a well-replicated changeup to complete his arsenal, and you have an enticing mix of what could be a high-octane arm with some refinement. The pitch repertoire itself is designed to miss bats and there is more velocity coming relatively soon.

Jack Roventini, OF/RHP, Belle Harbor, NY
Class of 2025 | PG Rank: T500

Roventini is an uber-athletic two-way talent with tons of quick twitch, sound barrel skills and plenty of physical upside remaining. He is 6.7 runner with good baseball instincts and the ability to go get it in the grass. Offensively, it is a simple, fast left-handed stroke with line drive tendencies and budding power. Add-in a mid-80s fastball with some feel for this secondaries and you have an extremely athletic prospect that can aide any recruiting class in a multitude of ways.

Chase Kroberger, OF, Moorestown, NJ
Class of 2025 | PG Rank: T500

Kroberger is another extremely athletic primary outfielder with tons of quick twitch, impact potential at the plate and the speed to go get it from gap-to-gap. He can affect the game in a variety of ways, whether as an extra base threat at the plate or wreak havoc as a base runner. Add-in present arm strength and the speed to be an above average defender, and you have an enticing uncommitted profile that will make an impact at the next level.

Ryan Gollon, LHP/OF
Class of 2025 | PG Rank: T1000

Gollon is a compact, twitchy two-way prospect with plenty of attributes that will help any recruiting class seeking that profile. On the bump, he has been up to 84 mph with more in the tank and has shown feel for two secondary offerings in previous looks. He is a 6.8 runner with a compact, line drive stroke from the left-side and sneaky juice to the pullside. He can go get it in the outfield and has good instincts on the bases. The uncommitted 2025 New Jersey native is a well-rounded athlete with physical upside and plenty of components to help a lot of schools.

Finn Haines, LHP, Northfield,NJ
Class of 2025 | PG Rank: T1000

Haines currently is a pitchability lefty with sky-high upside as he continues to physically mature. The ease of operation and repeatability will allow for him to harness more velocity as he continues to climb that ladder, while sharpening his breaking ball and adding more differential to his faded changeup. He uses all four quadrants of the strike zone effectively with his fastball, tunnels his other two offerings well off of it and will only continue to get better over time. Look for him to take another velocity jump relatively soon and should be a welcomed addition to a program seeking arms with tons of upside.

With the new recruiting procedures in-place, 2026 Grads will be the next batch of prospects come August 1st. Here is a few that could be off the table quickly.

Guy Lynam, 3B/RHP, Gloucester City, NJ
Class of 2026 | PG Rank: 263

Lynam is an exciting 2026 two-way talent with real feel for the barrel and huge arm strength. He has been fun to watch in all facets of his game, whether it is a smoked backside double or a 90-mph fastball. He will only continue to add more strength and already impacts the baseball with authority due to the present bat speed and leverage he is able to create. On the mound, he steadily works in the upper-80s and pairs it well with a high spin breaking ball that misses bats. It is an intriguing skill set that will only continue to evolve and will be one to watch over the next year.

Alex Weingartner, RHP, Berlin, NJ
Class of 2026 | PG Rank: 500

Weingartner is another 2026 New Jersey native that will certainly garner plenty of attention over the next year, as the athletic right-hander has climbed the velocity steadily throughout the last year. He worked in the low-90s in a brief appearance at the WWBA Underclass Championship with ride through the strike zone, peaking at 92 mph with plenty more to come. It is serious arm speed with a clean stroke on the backside and good lower half engagement down the slope. He flashed a bigger, more traditional shaped breaker in our most recent look and will be an exciting one to follow moving forward.

-John McAdams

Fayz Baig, LHP, Marlborough, CT
Class of 2025 | PG Rank: 500

Baig is certainly an interesting LHP prospect in the ‘25 class as the velocity numbers may not jump off the page yet but many would say that doesn’t matter when you have a 1.75 ERA in 32.0 innings pitched in PG events. From a physical build, the 6-foot-3, 200 pound lefty repeats the delivery well and releases from a high ¾ slot with arm speed present. He works all four quadrants effectively, posting a 3:1 K:BB ratio in 2023. If we can see the consistent 83-85 mph make a jump this Spring to 84-87, Baig is going to be a sought after gem that schools are going to rush to get their hands on.

Logan Hastings, RHP, Huntingtown, MD
Class of 2024 | PG Rank: 500

Hastings burst onto the scene at our 2023 Mid-Atlantic Indoor Showcase back in February, ripping off devastating hammers in the 2900 rpm range with a FB up to 87 mph. There’s potential here for additional velocity to develop as muscle is added, however the FB already plays up due to spin. Though the sample size in PG events has been small, the athletic 5-foot-10, 170 pound righty has shown flashes of big time stuff in the arsenal and is primed for a major 2024 season coming off injury.

Joe Nottingham, RHP, Windsor Mill, MD
Class of 2025 | PG Rank: 144

It’s surprising that Nottingham has lasted this long on the open market considering the FB has been up in the low 90s with easy life, not to mention the ceiling still remaining here in terms of projection in the 6-foot-5, 197 pound frame. The operation for the righty is super low effort with a balanced belt high leg raise before working down the hill and releasing from a whippy ¾ slot. The breaker has been refined over the years and is now a reliable offering in the back pocket with further room to expand the arsenal. Don’t think it’s a stretch here to say Nottingham is a mid 90s arm in the making and is going to get a big time offer that he likes sooner or later.

Fiztgerald Barranco Villanueva, SS/3B, Springfield, MA
Class of 2024 | PG Rank: 500

Another winter showcase standout, Barranco Vilanueva looks like a man amongst boys out on the field standing at an uber athletic and powerful 6-foot-2, 186 pound frame. The ‘24 prospect displays clean actions with smooth glove work on the left side of the IF flashing big time arm strength across the diamond up to 90 mph. He provides value in both boxes on the offensive end as a switch hitter and can certainly supply a power threat creating effortless jump off the barrel. He’ll be a top uncommitted New England name to watch as we head into 2024.

JC Pacheco, IF/RHP, Wayne, NJ
Class of 2026 | PG Rank: 170

We might be getting ahead of ourselves here as Pacheco still has plenty of time to figure out his future plans as a ‘26 prospect, but no one is going to argue that he doesn’t belong in the “uncommitted gems” category. As one of the more complete players in the region for his class, the 5-foot-10, 170 pound primary SS has all the tools expected of someone with his reputation, flashing the ability to hit for both average and young power offensively from the left side. He posted a .413 BA in 2023 PG events and did a really nice job of cutting down the strikeout numbers with no glaring weakness in the stroke at the moment. He has a cannon across the diamond up to 89 mph and is a reliable defensive piece on the left side of the IF.

Rob Ortiz, OF/1B, Brentwood, NY
Class of 2024 | PG Rank: 500

Ortiz has gotten a lot of our attention over the years and has been a pleasure to watch develop into the prospect he is today. From a strong built 6-foot, 190 pound frame, Ortiz can produce some of the louder barrels around when in rhythm and timed up successfully. He has evident strength in the hands and doesn’t get cheated on swings to say the least, displaying dangerous hip torque with intent to do serious damage every time he steps up to the plate. While even he’ll admit that he tries to rip the cover off the ball each AB, BA hasn’t appeared to suffer as the ‘24 prospect has maintained a career .381 AVG in over 290 PA in PG events. An offensive threat that should fit nicely into multiple lineups at the next level.

Elijah Outlaw, OF/UT, West Babylon, NY
Class of 2025 | PG Rank: 500

Outlaw is another prospect who’s been in the PG spotlight for awhile even though he just recently turned 16 years old. Outlaw has always been a physical kid with strength translating throughout multiple aspects of his game, showcasing the ability to hit for both contact and power from the right side. He creates solid leverage in the stroke and does a nice job of staying compact and connected through impact, creating evident carry to the pull side of the field. There’s some talent in the arm here as well and could be an intriguing piece for a program looking for a plus athlete that can do multiple things on both sides of the field.

Austin Kreyenhagen, RHP, Souderton, PA
Class of 2024 | PG Rank: 500

Kreyenhagen is someone that should definitely have a committed tag next to his name, but with that being said a program is going to get a hell of a late add in the ‘24 righty. Usually in the 85-87 mph range, the 6-foot, 195 pound prospect has easy jump out of the hand with effortless arm speed and low effort/low stress mechanics that allow for velocity retention. He has shown the ability to reach back and grab an 89 when needed with a solid two-plane breaker in the arsenal for swing and miss. When command is on, Kreyenhagen is simply a problem on the mound and dominates hitters in the box with over 170 K’s recorded in the past three years.

Andrew Parisi, C/1B, Basking Ridge, NJ
Class of 2025 | PG Rank: 500

Parisi has really worked into the 6-foot-3, 210 pound frame nicely over the recent years and has refined the mechanics behind the dish to match the offensive value he provides. Speaking of the offense, Parisi has long been a staple in the heart of the order for his squads with evident strength present in the lower half that can generate plenty of carry and backspin on the baseball gap to gap. He handles the barrel well and should continue to receive looks heading into a big 2024 campaign.

Christopher Marano, RHP, North Haledon, NJ
Class of 2026 | PG Rank: 234

Another ‘26 prospect that has already gained high level interest, Marano has put together a really impressive ‘23 season on the bump with 56 punchouts and a 2.80 ERA in 40.0 IP. What makes Marano standout is the overall ease and fluidity to the operation with refined movements and mechanics that you don’t often see from a 15 year old. He attacks hitters effectively and sequences a FB/SL combo well for constant swing and miss. The righty has been up to 88 mph with running action and has additional projection remaining in the frame which should vault him over the 90 mph mark sooner rather than later.

Eliezer Rosario, RHP, Holyoke, Mass.
Class of 2024 | PG Rank: T500

Rosario certainly looks the part out on the mound with a 6-3/226 frame and while he already shows some impressive stuff on the bump, odds are it'll only continue to climb as he keeps physically maturing. That said, we just saw the Massachusetts native log 1.2 innings down in Jupiter, an outing that yielded 5 strikeouts while running the fastball up to 89 mph. It's about what we've come to expect from Rosario based off of his past performances, which included a 9 strikeout performance in the Northeast Qualifier back in September.

Beau Elson, LHP, Hadley, Mass.
Class of 2024 | PG Rank: T500

You want to talk about performances to remember, Elson certainly left his mark on the 17u New England Championships as the uncommitted southpaw struck out 16 (!!) over his 7 inning, complete game effort. His ability to pound the zone and work to all quadrants was evident in this outing as he attacked with a heater that lived in the mid- to upper-80s, peaking at 88 mph, though there's more in the tank moving forward. He compliments the heater with a late breaking slurve which plays nicely off of the fastball and would be an excellent pickup for a school this late in the process.

Sam Cozart, RHP, High Point, N.C.
Class of 2025 | PG Rank: 24

It's only a matter of time before Cozart has a commitment listed next to his name again, as he'll have plenty of suitors given not only his physicality and ability to comfortably work into the low-90s already, but also his refinement and overall advanced pitchability. A presence on the mound at 6-7/235, Cozart is no stranger to the bright lights as he's already participated in 5 (!!) WWBA World Championships and is a 3-time Select Festival alum. He toes the rubber with a complete arsenal, all of which he can mix and match with near precision as his outings are as efficient as they come while sequencing and setting up hitters beyond his years.

Cayden Oschenfeld, RHP, Hampton, Va.
Class of 2024 | PG Rank: T500

Oschenfeld isn't as well known on the national circuit as the WWBA World Championship less than a month ago was his first time rostered on a roster at a PG event since 2017. Now a physical presence at 6-2/215, the Virginia native made a pair of appearances for Baseball U, totaling 5 innings in which he struck out 9. The fastball worked up to 92 mph and given his physicality he's able to maintain it for a multi-inning stint while landing both a breaking ball and changeup for strikes, selling both well out of the hand.

Rodiensley Ignecia, RHP, Springfield, Mass.
Class of 2024 | PG Rank: T500

Ignecia has impressed at a pair of showcase appearances already as the lean 6-foot right-hander worked comfortably in the upper-80s, bumping upwards of 90 mph with the fastball. The combination of his physical projection and looseness of his arm, it's sky high upside for the Massachusetts native as he's able ot pepper the strike zone while landing a slider in the low-80s with comfort and repeatability. The athleticism in his delivery is evident as well as he's able to vary his tempo while maintaining the timing of his release, giving hitters another variable to consider when digging in.
