Freddy Oquendo (2022 OF, Hialeah, FL) the loose left handed swing was on display as he gets a lot of hand speed out of his wiry 5-11 frame. He has fluid hips and easy bat to ball skills that should help to add power as he fills out.
Ryan Jenkins (2021 2B, Winter Haven, FL) consistently barrel balls to the middle of the field. He has a compact stroke and a low line drive approach with an all fields hit tool. His gamer skills were on display as he seems to barrel up everything.
Danny Baez (2022 SS, Oviedo, FL) the left-handed hitter has a powerful swing and looks to pull with intent. He is physical and has a good power profile and the barrel accuracy was excellent too.
Christopher Roberts (2022, SS, Lutz, FL) the right-handed hitter has quick hands and good length through contact. He pounded liners to the middle of the field and his long frame is suited to add good weight leading to future power.
Grant McDonald (2022 OF, Boca Raton, FL) he put on his usual good BP as he pound ball hard to the pull side. His body is starting to fill out and the jump off the bat is getting more noticeable each time he competes.
Fulton Lockhart (2022, INF, Bradneton, FL) has real hand strength and the barrel seems to fly through the zone. He is power over average right now, but the profile fits well positionally.
Fernando Hernandez (2022 C, Orlando, FL) has some fiery torque to his swing and it allows him to unleash powerful swings consistently. The ability to elevate to the pull side of the field should allow him to tap into his raw power soon.
Carter Brady (2021 OF, Prakland, FL) took a mature BP as he pounded line drives to the middle of the field with extreme consistency. The ball flies off his barrel and his short swing translate to games naturally.
David Bishop (2021 SS, Marietta, GA) had some of the easiest bat speed in the group. He turns hard with his long torso and it allows him to impact the ball deep in zone. There is a good chance he hits for both average and power as he matures.
Schyler Arroyo (2022 C, Oviedo, FL) got going late in his round and drove ball deep to left field. When the stocky and strong right-handed hitter gets space out front the ball explodes off his bat.
Juan Correa (2021 3B, Weston, FL) has a prototypical 6-4 frame to build on that could morph into an impressive specimen. He has big bat speed and turns the barrel hard allowing him to fire the barrel in an instant with authority.
John McIntosh (2021 OF, Treasure Island, FL) the left-handed hitter has a short swing with real whip in his bottom hand. He took an all field BP as he sprayed line drives on seemingly every swing.
Reynaldo Plascencia (2022 SS, Hialeah, FL) looks the part with his high waist and projectable frame. He has heavy hands and a power based approach. There were glimpses of barrel accuracy which will be his next step in him reaching his high ceiling.
Jaziel Martinez (2022 C, Dorado, PR) the is fierce intent when he unleashes his strong right handed swing. The 6-0 Puerto Rico native had bad intentions when he stepped in the batters box and he hammer balls during his round.
2021 Nathan Tinder (2021 3B, Winter Springs, FL) hit well in batting practice today showing a fluid stroke from the left side and good use of the hands to lift the ball with strength to the pull side alley.
2022 Luke Labriola (2022 1B, Bradenton, FL) showed nice long-term upside in batting practice with an easy, low-effort left-handed stroke that produced solid line drive contact to and through both gaps.
2021 Frank Micallef (2021 C, Tampa, FL) showed one of the stronger rounds of batting practice on the day as he drove the ball consistently well to the pull side. It is an easy right-handed stroke that produces big carry off the barrel.
2021 Sergio Ortiz (2021 SS, Yabucoa, PR) showed his well-lauded athleticism at the dish in his ability to get to contact quick with strong hands while spraying line drives all over the pull side.
2022 Solomon Skalnik (2022 OF, Owasso, OK) put some big things on display at the dish with a quick, yet strong swing that produces loud contact when barreled up out front. The quick hands and physicality of his frame are things to like very much moving forward.
