Roman projects well moving forward behind the plate. He shows quick hands and some explosiveness in the lower half coming out of the stance. He makes accurate throws with the arm strength soon to come. At the plate Roman works through a leveraged uphill plane while being able to manipulate the barrel well.

Reilly at slender 5-foot-11 should continue to prove himself on the mound as he fills out. His fastball shows both occasional cut as well as occasional running life through the zone. He mixes in the curveball and isn't afraid to double up on the pitch. He shows the ability to throw accurately across the infield from multiple slots as well.
