Brady Slavens (2019 SS, Olathe, KS) The Kansas native shifted into contact with aggressive linear actions produced very good bat speed through extension. Consistently produced hard, loud contact between the gaps throughout batting practice.
Memphys Starks (2020 3B, Ozark, MO) Starks, a switch hitter, showed good leverage from each side of the plate with the ability to drive the ball to all fields left, or right handed.
Drake Frazier (2019 OF, Cedar Rapids, IA) Extended through contact well showing present bat speed with strength at contact. Swing flashed good fluidity throughout that showed continue to play at the next level.
Dillon Di Iorio (2019 1B, St Charles, IL) The Illinois native swung with intent on a direct, compact path to contact. Consistently looked to attack the baseball out front and flashed the ability to work to all fields with authority.
Garrett Ries (2019 C, Robins, IA) Ries generated good coil at load that produced solid bat speed through extension. Ball jumped off barrel generating good carry to the pull side gap producing multiple home runs in batting practice.
Coy Sarsfield (2021 OF, Cedar Rapids, IA) Sarsfield created good leverage at contact that produced solid carry to each outfield gap. The 2021 grad showed the ability to manipulate the barrel and consistently work to all fields.
Tyler Oberbroeckling (2019 C, Marion, IA) Stayed behind contact well produced hard, line drive contact throughout batting practice. The 2019 catcher continues to add strength each time we see him, said strength has translated into his swing well.
Andrue Henry (2020 3B, Dubuque, IA) Henry produced good lower half shift into contact that generated solid strength at contact. The 2020 grad has impressed while at the plate in the past, but thoroughly impressed this weekend with ability to control the barrel.
Erik McKnight (2019 RHP, Littleton, CO) Listed as a primary pitcher, but impressed while at the plate. McKnight swung with intent while maintaining fluidity through extension. Consistently produced sharp contact to pull side while turning the barrel to contact.
Mason Mitchell (2019 MIF, Centennial, CO) Mitchell utilized a simple, repeatable swing path throughout batting practice. Generated good extension through the baseball with the barrel feel to work from line to line.
Adam Schneider (2019 SS, Altoona, IA) The 2019 grad showed present bat speed through the zone that generated hard, loud contact to the pull side gap on a naturally leverage swing plane.
Zachry Hanlan (2019 OF, St. Joseph, MO) Hanlan drove the baseball with authority between the gaps throughout batting practice. The 2019 grad also flashed the hand speed to turn the barrel to contact and generated good raw power to pull side.
Chase Becker (2021 RHP, Cedar Rapids, IA) The 2021 grad showed a smooth, fluid swing path that generated good leverage through extension. Becker shows room to continue to add strength, but flashed the present bat speed to currently drive the ball through the gaps.
Ryan Maloney (2020 C, Orland Park, IL) Maloney utilized a very balanced approach at the plate with good feel for the barrel. Consistently worked to all fields on a line flashing very fluid actions through extension.
Ben Siekierski (2019 1B, Mukwonago, WI) The Wisconsin native created good lift at contact with present hand strength. When squared, Siekierski produced hard contact to pull side that produced deep carry to the gap.
Josh Meador (2019 3B, Ankeny, IA) Meador showed advanced feel for the barrel with the ability to control bat head and work to all fields with ease.
Jacob Legleiter (2019 2B, Omaha, NE) The Nebraska native utilized a smooth, fluid swing path that created natural leverage through the zone. Legleiter stays very balanced at contact allowing him to work to all fields with solid jump off the barrel.
Josh Fitzgerald (2019 OF, Mason City, IA) Fitzgerald swung with the extreme intent to drive the baseball through the gaps with authority. The Mason City native produced very loud contact when squared that generated very sharp line drives to pull side.
Evan Paulus (2019 RHP, Rudd, IA) Another hitter who swung with the intent to drive the ball deep into the gaps. Paulus utilized an uphill swing plane and showed very good bat speed with strength at contact.
