Ryan Matson (2028 RHP, Wantagh, NY) turned in a strong performance on the mound, striking out three batters through two innings of work. The 6-foot-1 right-hander filled up the strike zone at a 70% clip, showing impressive command of his FB/CB mix. His fastball worked both sides of the plate, ultimately peaking at 79 mph.
Tyler Hendy (2028 OF, Kinnelon, NJ) timed up a fastball early in the game, lining it back up the middle for a single. The 5-foot-8 righty hitter gets his front foot down on-time and impacts the baseball with good strength to the middle of the field.
Evan Hoyle (2029 RHP, Shirley, NY) showed off his bat-to-ball skills, lining a fastball back up the middle for a base hit. The 6-foot righty hitter remains short and quick to the point of contact, delivering the barrel in a timely manner.
Jensen Ives (2029 C, Gansevoort, NY) took a fastball the other way, lining it through the right-side for a single. The 5-foot-8 righty hitter showed feel for controlling the barrel throughout the strike zone and working all parts of the field.
Jack Moreau (2029 SS, Greenland, NH) caught a fastball on the barrel, driving it into the left-center gap for a double. The 5-foot-7 right-handed batter controls the barrel well throughout the strike zone and impacts it with good strength to the pull-side. Moreau doubled again later in the game.
Cooper Norris (2029 OF, Cohassset, MA) drove in a run on a single to center field. The 5-foot-6 righty hitter timed up a fastball well, driving it back up the middle with an RBI knock. He stays short and quick to the baseball while controlling the barrel with ease.
Blake Carr (2029 SS, Needham, MA) found a loud barrel in game two, driving a fastball into the left-center gap for a leadoff double. The 5-foot-11 lefty hitter showcased advanced barrel skills with good strength to all parts of the field.
Anderson Sweeney (2028 OF, Hyde Park, MA) impacted a fastball well to the opposite-field gap for an RBI double. The 6-foot lefty hitter generates plenty of bat speed leverage at the point of contact and controls the barrel well throughout the zone.
Maximus Roberson (2028 SS, Flanders, NJ) found ways on base and showed off his speed tool by swiping multiple bags in game two. The 5-foot-10 right hitter has solid bat-to-ball skills with plenty of speed and athleticism on the basepaths.
TJ Karvelas (2029 C, Manchester, NH) drove in a pair of runs late in game two, showing off his barrel skills and strength to the middle of the field. The 5-foot-11 righty hitter generates good bat speed and leverage at the point of contact.
Jackson Powell (2029 OF, York, ME) made a nice sliding play in center field late in game two, showing off his range and athleticism in the outfield. The 2029 prospect gets a good first step on the ball and takes efficient routes to it.
Tyler Neville (2028 RHP, Holbrook, MA) looked sharp on the bump in the final game of the day, striking out the side in the first inning with the FB showcasing heavy action ultimately topping out at 81 mph. The 5-foot-11, 171 pound prospect sequenced the arsenal effectively and got swing/miss consistently throughout the appearance.
