Pitcher:
Cam Caminiti
,
Saguaro High School (Scottsdale, Ariz.)
The first of two LSU commits on this list, Caminiti was the 14U Two-Way Player of the Year and his athleticism in the outfield translates to the bump. A hard-throwing left-handed pitcher with a power breaking ball, he doesn’t see a ton of contact when he is on the mound but when he does, he fields the position cleanly. Caminiti holds runners well by mixing up his times to the plate and has plenty of speed to cover bases when called upon.
Catcher:
Omar Serna
, Dobie High School (Pearland, Texas)
With a strong physical build and cannon behind the plate, Serna is the top catcher in the class. He has advanced receiving actions and with his present arm strength and quick release, shuts down the running game anytime he puts on the gear. The LSU commit is a game-changer behind the plate and has the confidence to take over the game on the defensive side of the ball.
First Base:
Donavan Jeffrey
, Manchester High School (Chester, Va.)
The calling card for the Miami commit is his big right-handed pop at the plate, but the big first baseman has solid footwork around the bag and sure hands. Jeffrey is agile for his size with under-control actions and arm strength to move across the diamond to the hot corner if needed.
Middle Infield:
Billy Carlson
, Corona High School (Corona, Calif.)
The 6-foot-1, 165-pound Vanderbilt commit can really pick it at shortstop and has plus arm strength for the class on throws across. He moves his feet well and makes accurate throws on the run with a slender frame to add size and strength and increase his skills across the board. Throw in his instinctive actions and high baseball IQ and you have a middle infielder to build around.
Middle Infield:
Jayden Stroman
, The Stony Brook High School (Medford, N.Y.)
Stroman is a rangy defender with long limbs and body control that makes the tough play on the dirt look easy. He has an accurate throwing arm from multiple arm slots and an advanced internal clock on throws while on the move. The three-time Select Festival player exhibits all the skills and actions to stick at shortstop long term and will take his game to Durham, North Carolina as a Duke commit.
Third Base:
Ethan Holliday
, Stillwater High School (Stillwater, Okla.)
Holliday exudes the prototypical third baseman with his 6-foot-3, 190-pound frame and power left-handed bat. He has soft hands and a clean exchange working through the ball with a smooth throwing action from a natural lower slot, ideal for the corner. The Oklahoma State commit displays plus tools on both sides of the ball and the family history of success at the next level.
Outfield:
Noah Franco
, IMG Academy (Downey, Calif.)
The No. 1 ranked player in the 2025 class is often overlooked for his defensive prowess in the outfield with his upside on the bump and in the box. The Mississippi State commit uses his long strides to glide after balls while covering a ton of real estate and has the arm strength and power left-handed bat to stick in right field long term.
Outfield:
Cannon Goldin
, Buford High School (Buford, Ga.)
Another 14U Select Festival player on the list, Goldin uses his 6.6 speed and route running ability to make plays into both gaps from his center field position. The left-handed Goldin can play all three spots in the outfield, and with his barrel control in the box and use of the whole field is a perfect center field prospect at the next level.
Outfield:
Everett Johnson
, Wayne Country Day High School (Youngsville, N.C.)
A hard-nosed, scrappy outfielder that always seems to be around the ball in the outfield. The North Carolina State commit has a quick first step and takes good routes in the outfield and exhibits fundamental skills on which base to throw to depending on game situation. A 6.74 runner with good reads and jumps in the outfield and a quick release getting rid of it to shut down extra bases.
Utility:
Sean Gamble
, IMG Academy (Des Moines, Iowa)
One of the smoothest infielders in the entire class, Gamble can literally play anywhere on the diamond with his soft hands, 6.65 speed and big arm strength from the outfield that makes him an extremely versatile defender. Couple those traits with his bat-to-ball skills and Gamble is a guy that needs to be in the lineup every day.
