Program Thoughts:
“Over the course of the past twenty years there has been a shift in the landscape of youth baseball. Hyper competitive environments and win-at-all-costs mentalities have replaced efforts to foster skill development, leadership, character, and preparation for life after the game. Founded as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (CST Baseball Inc.) in 2006, the Twelve works against the grain to focus more on the development of men and future leaders. We believe that by doing things the right way, our players will gain the necessary skills and character attributes to succeed in the future, both on and off the diamond. In just a short span of time, we have achieved impressive on-field success. We have gained recognition along the way as one of the top baseball programs in the state and in the country. Recognized not only for what we have accomplished on the field, but also for the manner in which we operate.” – Texas Twelve

Scouting Highlights:
Twelve has been a powerhouse for some time now and their 2022 class of prospects could rival any of their top classes in years prior. Anthony Silva, currently ranked No. 67 overall in the 2022 class, leads the way. He’s an athletic defender with fluid actions at shortstop and a plus arm. Solid run tool and his right-handed swing has electric bat speed with strength to it. Jace LaViolette has some of the best left-handed power potential of all hitters in the class while Justin Vossos has one the best run tools in the class with plus-plus speed on the basepaths. Cole Phillips is also an intriguing pitching prospect committed to Arkansas who has been generating buzz. On the horizon, their 2023 class is headlined by top-10 overall prospect in the class Blake Mitchell. The LSU commit has impressive power potential and athleticism behind the plate. 2023 left-handed pitcher Jakob Schulz is one of the best arms in the class and committed to Vanderbilt. -Joe Saunders
