Selection Monday is one week from today and the sense of urgency for College Baseball teams is palpable. Every remaining game matters as teams jockey for postseason position.

The biggest surprise of the week was Louisville’s loss of two home games to Florida State and that cost the Cardinals three spots in the rankings. Arkansas and Clemson headed in opposite directions in the middle of the Top 25 as the Razorbacks earned an impressive road series win at Texas A&M and Clemson dropped yet another ACC series, this time to NC State.

Both Florida and LSU took care of business to claim not only their weekend series', but also the regular season divisional titles with the Gators winning the East while the Tigers won the West. Head Coach Kevin O'Sullivan's squad also secured the top seed for the SEC Championships.

New entries to the rankings were Central Florida and St. John’s. Central Florida won a huge series versus rival South Florida to claim a share of the AAC regular season title. The Johnnies continued to roll, earning their 40th victory this weekend and more importantly, securing the Big East regular season title.

Texas A&M and Oklahoma come out of the rankings this week but both clubs have the look of dangerous Regional teams.
