Nicholas Tinajero (2023 RHP, Bensenville, IL) looked good on the mound in his start, working up to 81 mph with good life and landing his breaker for strikes. His frame is really projectable and his arm is loose, with good upside overall. He struck out 5 in 3 frames and threw strikes. 

Tyler Huff (2023 C, Loveland, OH) broke out the power bat in this one, smoking a double down the line pull-side for a double, with plenty of jump off the barrel. 

Andrew Bollman (2022 3B, Frankfort, IL) looked good on the mound, working up to 84 mph on his fastball with heavy sink, showing a sharp slider and a downer curveball as well. He attacked hitters and had a lot of success. 

Yuhki Yamada (2023 SS, Palatine, IL) had a good day, picking up a hard liner single to center field in a tough at-bat, and made another standout defensive play by ranging back and to his right from 2nd base and leaping to snare a liner. 

Kyle Ezell (2023 SS, Gary, IN) showed off his speed in this one on the base paths, a threat to run at any time, easily taking 2nd and 3rd on a passed ball and steal following a single. He has the speed to change games. 

Jonah Weathers (2024 3B, Chicago, IL) came in to close it out for Columbia Blue and showed big arm strength, up to 84 mph with his fastball with a workable changeup. He had a good weekend overall in this event. 

Andy Roman (2023 C, Warrenville, IL) has had an extremely loud weekend with the bat and continued it today, whistling another extra base hit with a double pull-side. He had 2 hits on the day overall, and really exploded offensively in this event. 

Tom Ford (2024 RHP, Lisle, IL) pitched well over 3 innings, pounding the zone up to 81 mph with some heaviness and showing good feel for his slider. He's lean and loose with lots of upside. 

Jack Wade (2023 3B, Palos Park, IL) picked up a couple knocks in this game, showing a compact stroke with some strength behind it, covering the plate well and showing the ability to make good contact on pitches all over the zone. 

Ian Van Beek (2022 RHP, Lowell, IN) continued a good weekend with a really loud swing in his final at-bat, launching a triple over the left fielder's head on a line. The athleticism and offensive upside stand out. 

Aidan Nohava (2025 3B, Oak Lawn, IL) had a good two-way day, picking up a base hit at the plate and working up to 80 mph on the mound with flashes of a good breaking ball. He's got interesting tools for a 2025. 

Tom Ford (2024 RHP, Lisle, IL) jumped all over a center cut fastball in his first AB, ripping a long double to center field that plated 2 runs and put Gold ahead early. 

Andy Roman (2023 C, Warrenville, IL) had a loud BP and continued those swings into game play, whistling an RBI double over the head of the LF on a line, showing huge bat speed and power upside. His second at-bat ended much the same way, with a missile up the RCF gap that resulted in a triple. 

Ian Van Beek (2022 RHP, Lowell, IN) absolutely hammered a triple up the right-center field gap in his first at-bat, really getting extended and able to create leverage. He followed that up with a second triple in a similar spot, giving him a huge day at the plate. He also worked up to 81 mph on the mound with a quick arm, and struck out 7 in 3 innings, many on a nasty breaker. 

Tyler Wolstone (2023 RHP, Wixom, MI) consistently kept hitters off-balance during his stint on the mound, striking out 6 over 3 innings working up to 82 mph on his heavy fastball, landing his big curveball for strikes whenever he wanted. 

Chris Casey (2022 OF, Frankfort, IL) took a really loud swing in the later innings, absolutely hammering a fastball on the outer third on a line over the center fielder's head for a triple. He's got serious thump when he gets his arms extended. Casey ended up with two hits on the day. 

Jack LoConte (2024 LHP, Tinley Park, IL) made a standout play in right field late in the game, ranging for towards the line and going full extension for the catch. He also picked up a pair of base hits at the plate and showed good speed on the bases. 

Yuhki Yamada (2023 SS, Palatine, IL) made maybe the play of the day in center field, chasing down a gap shot and making a leaping, over-the-shoulder grab to rob a triple. He really impressed during defensive workouts earlier and continued that into the game. He picked up a double late in the game as well. 

Kaden Matthews (2024 OF, Valparaiso, IN) picked up an extra base knock late in this game, slapping a double down the right field line, doing a good job of staying on a fastball away and using the whole field to his advantage. 

Nicholas Tinajero (2023 RHP, Bensenville, IL) had a pair of base hits in the game, showing a compact stroke with a whole field approach, staying committed to the middle of the field and showing good barrel accuracy. 

Jack Kendall (2024 MIF, Grosse Pointe Farms, MI) absolutely hammered a double on a line into the left-center field gap, picking up an RBI in the process. Kendall's swing is compact and leveraged, with quality power there. He also showed good feet in the middle infield. 

Darrian Gillespie (2022 OF, Elkhart, IN) showed well in BP earlier and took that into gameplay, picking up three hits including a laced double pull-side, showing the same quick twitch stroke and barrel skills that he showed in BP. 

Kade Hupe (2022 OF, Peotone, IL) went 2-2 in this one with an RBI, showing off hitter's hands at the plate with a quick stroke that covers the plate well, staying committed to the middle of the field through his approach. 

William Hess (2023 SS, Hartland, WI) has some thunder in his bat, especially to the pull side, ripping a double that way and in general showing the makings of serious power potential as he continues to mature. 

Mark Takasaki (2024 C, Algonquin, IL) ripped a double pull-side in this one, showing off bat speed and the ability to turn the barrel in tight spaces. His power projection is one to watch. 

Gavin Triezenberg (2025 SS, Palos Heights, IL) picked up a couple of knocks in this one, lining a single to center field as well as pulling one through the 6-hole. His path is direct and he has good present feel for the barrel. 

Donald Tober (2023 RHP, Hillside, IL) was dominant on the mound, blowing fastballs right by hitters, working in the 84-87 mph range with heavy sink and good feel for two breakers in his curveball and slider. 

Sebastian Gutierrez (2022 RHP, Westchester, IL) was untouchable in his outing, working up to 87 mph with steep plane to the bottom of the zone, overpowering hitters with it while also missing bats with his curveball/changeup combination. 

David Auw (2022 RHP, Lemont, IL) was very effective on the mound, working in the 79-82 mph range with a clean arm and good run, also showed slider with sweep and consistently missed barrels to good effect. 

Jonah Weathers (2024 3B, Chicago, IL) had a pair of hits in this one including a well-struck liner pull-side, showing off a quick stroke with clean hands through the swing, handling the bat well and looking like a very tough out. 

Tyler Huff (2023 C, Loveland, OH) swung the bat really well in this one, collecting a pair of hits including an RBI single in the last inning, handling the bat well and showing he can work to all fields and cover the plate.

William Hess (2023 SS, Hartland, WI) showed quick hands and good overall bat speed, with a pull-side approach featuring consistent hard liners and plenty of projection on his frame. 

Aidan Nohava (2025 3B, Oak Lawn, IL) really rotates well and generates whip to his barrel, and has the makings of a serious power bat long term. 

Jack Wade (2023 3B, Palos Park, IL) took a consistent round, showing a compact stroke that stays on plane and has good linear jump behind it when square. 

Tyler Patton (2022 C, Aurora, IL) took one of the louder rounds of the day, hammering balls pull-side and to deep center field with good extension through his swing and the makings of a real power bat. 

Andrew Bollman (2022 3B, Frankfort, IL) took an extremely loud round, consistently getting the barrel out with bat speed and authority, hammering baseballs to the pull-side and showing HR carry. 

Darrian Gillespie (2022 OF, Elkhart, IN) showed a simple, repeatable stroke on a linear plane with good bat speed, making consistent hard liner contact. 

Xander Siodlarz (2022 SS, Naperville, IL) has a projectable body with a loose, easy swing, showing good barrel skills and easy-to-dream-on power potential as he continues filling out. 

Hobbs Dunne (2022 SS, Elwood, IL) worked the whole field with hard liners in his round, showing some present power pull-side and possessing the physical projection necessary to project big power gains. 

Andy Roman (2023 C, Warrenville, IL) has big strength and shows it off in his swing, uncoiling violently in his hips and creating big jump off the barrel when squared up. 

Kyle Ezell (2023 SS, Gary, IN) has a very quick and direct swing path that plays well for spraying hard liners to all fields, with a high-contact approach that moves the barrel around. 

Ethan Krueger (2022 3B, Wauwatosa, WI) does an excellent job creating torque in his hips and that rotation creates excellent bat speed, showing the ability to drive balls on a line consistently.
