2022 Top Prospects

Michael Flax  OF - 2022 - Mullica Hill, NJ
The College of New Jersey

Flax stood out through the weekend, finding his name atop the leaderboards in several of the workout categories. He posted the event's best 60-yard at 6.83 seconds, showcased his arm strength across the diamond at 80 mph and also shows jump off the barrel to his pull side in the box.

Andrew Park  C - 2022 - Flushing, NY
Trinity College (Connecticut)

Park showed off his arm strength all over the diamond this weekend, throwing an event best 81 mph from the outfield while his 2.00 pop and 76 mph throw from behind the plate were also tops. He shows looseness to his hands at the plate and projects to hit for power while creating some whip throug hteh zone.

Liam Bowes  C - 2022 - Shoreham, NY
Fordham

Bowes swung the bat well, both during his round of batting practice and in live action as he picked up a couple of knocks in his first game. There's fluidity to his path and he's able to hit the ball where it's pitched and projects physically, showing some carry off the barrel at present.


2023 Top Prospects

Ben Schild  RHP - 2023 - Lincroft, NJ
University of Connecticut

Schild stands at a strong 6-foot-1, 200-pounds on the mound and he uses that strength on the mound as he ran his fastball up to 83 mph. He shows comfort on the mound and filled the zone while working to the outer half of the plate and mixed both a changeup and curveball for strikes.

Aidan Zakarewicz  SS - 2023 - Chalfont, PA
Xavier

Zakarewicz did a little bit of everything this weekend at the showcase and did them all well. He swung the bat well from the right side of the plate with a couple of barreled balls in live action and also showed a loose arm on the mound, running his fastball up to 78 mph with life to it.

Kyle Peters  RHP - 2023 - Drums, PA
University of Connecticut

Peters is another strongly built 2023 graduate and he incorporates that strength into his righthanded swing. There's quickness to his hands and he generates bat speed through the zone with some strength at contact and also ran his fastball up to 77 mph on the mound.
