2019 Top Prospects

EJ Exposito  SS - 2019 - Central Islip, NY
Long Island University

The uncommitted shortstop showed clean, loose actions defensively with good arm strength topping at 87 miles per hour. Exposito utilized a loose, fluid swing path that generated plenty of bat speed through the zone. Consistently barreled the baseball with authority producing good raw power to the pull side gap.

Connor Baksh  OF - 2019 - Wall, NJ
Delaware State

The 6-foot, 180-pound outfielder displayed athletic, high energy actions throughout the weekend. The 2019 grad generated very good bat speed through the zone that produced very loud, hard contact off the barrel to the gaps. The uncommitted New Jersey displayed good raw power in batting practice that easily transferred into his game swings as well.

Peter Schimmel  OF - 2019 - Bethpage, NY
St. Thomas Aquinas

Schimmel displayed athletic actions in the outfield with the speed to track down balls in the gap with ease. Offensively, the New York native utilized a naturally leveraged swing plane with good strength at contact. Produced very good bat speed through the zone with carry to the middle of the field when creating separation at contact.

Ian Li  RHP - 2019 - Marlboro, NJ
Uncommitted

The 6-foot-2 right hander showed good feel for a fastball that generated late running action topping at 85 miles per hour. Li consistently kept hitter off balance throughout each inning of work utilizing a sharp 11/5 curveball and sinking changeup late in counts. Li, an uncommitted prospect, consistently worked ahead of hitters and induced weak contact.

Chris Kubas  C - 2019 - New Providence, NJ
Fairleigh Dickinson University, Madison

The New Providence, NJ native displayed a simple, mature approach at the plate with the ability to drive the ball to all fields. Kubas, an uncommitted prospect shows the tools to be a dependable receiver behind the plate with projectable middle of the lineup hitting tools.

Jason Andujar  OF - 2019 - Bayshore, NY
Alvin CC

The 6-foot-2, 190-pound outfielder impressed throughout the weekend posting a 6.71 sixty-yard dash and topping at 88 miles per hour in defensive workouts. Offensively, Andujar employed a clean, naturally leveraged swing plane that created good present bat speed through extension. The 2019 grad displayed the present strength to drive the ball through the gaps with ease when squared.

Kenny Levari  SS - 2020 - Vineland, NJ
Old Dominion

The Old Dominion commit displayed very projectable tools all over the field throughout the weekend. Defensively, the 2020 grad showed smooth, athletic actions with good arm strength topping at 90 miles per hour across the infield. At the plate, the New Jersey native employed a fluid swing that produced easy bat speed through extension. Levari also projects very well on the mound utilizing a heavy running fastball at 90 miles per hour and a sharp breaking ball.

Stephen Harrington  OF - 2020 - Clark, NJ
Hofstra

Harrington showed very good arm strength in defensive workouts topping at 87 miles per hour across the infield. At the plate, the New Jersey product consistently repeated a simple, line drive barrel plane that produced sharp contact between the gaps. The 2020 grad flashed the ability to create lift in swing as well with the strength to drive the ball out of the park.

Willie Schwarick  C - 2020 - Flanders, NJ
Siena

Displayed athletic actions behind the plate with good catch and throws skills, popped a 1.97. Offensively, the 5-foot-11, 195-pound catcher utilized a fluid, leveraged swing path that generated good carry to the gaps. Flashed the ability to aggressively turn the barrel head to contact and create very loud contact to pull side.

Alex Ungar  SS - 2020 - Ronkonkoma, NY
Albany

The uncommitted, 2020 prospect displayed solid two-way potential throughout the weekend. At the plate, Ungar created good shift into contact that generated present bat speed through extension. Flashed the ability to turn the barrel head to baseball and generated loud, hard contact to the gaps. On the mound, the New York native pounded the strike zone with a fastball that ran up to 84 miles per hour and changed speeds with an 11/5 breaking ball that flashed late, hard depth.

Michael Taylor  1B - 2020 - Basking Ridge, NJ
Fordham

Taylor generated good linear shift into contact that produced present bat speed through extension. The 2020 grad swung with the intent to drive the baseball through the gaps and produced very tight back spin with carry to the gaps when squared.

John Nimeth  RHP - 2020 - Jackson, NJ
Howard College

The 2020 right handed pitcher displayed good feel for the zone with both a heavy fastball up to 83 miles per hour and a tight 11/5 curveball. The uncommitted prospect looked to challenge hitters down in the zone and induced weak contact throughout each inning of work.


2021 Top Prospects

Noah Mrotek  RHP - 2021 - Bowie, MD
Maryland

The 2021 grad showed a mature presence on the mound and effectively pounded the bottom of the strike zone with a heavy running fastball that topped at 88 miles per hour. Mrotek worked ahead in the count often and changed speeds late in counts with a 10/5 breaking ball that flashed late, hard bite.

Benny Montgomery  OF - 2021 - Lewisberry, PA
Virginia

The Lewisberry, PA native showed very athletic actions throughout the weekend posting a 6.63 sixty-yard dash and topping at 88 miles per hour from the outfield. The 6-foot-3, 170-pound prospect utilized a clean, lifted barrel plane that produced loud contact with carry to pull side.

Matthew Rowe  RHP - 2021 - Metuchen, NJ
Rutgers

The 2021 right handed pitcher generated good sink with his fastball topping at 84 miles per hour. Rowe, a New Jersey native, consistently attacked the bottom of the strike zone and changed speed with a late sweeping slider that showed 9/4 shape.

Kyle Musser  OF - 2021 - Lititz, PA
Cornell

The 5-foot-11, 155-pound outfielder displayed a very balanced, fluid swing path at the plate. The 2021 grad consistently barreled the baseball throughout the weekend showing the barrel feel to sharp contact to all fields with ease.

Santo Anzalone  1B - 2021 - Middle Village, NY
Rockland CC

Anzalone showed very projectable raw power throughout the weekend. Utilized a naturally lifted barrel plane that created very good carry to the gaps when squared. Consistently drove the ball with authority and showed the ability to drive the baseball out of the park with ease.


2022 Top Prospects

Christopher "C.J." Fredericks  1B - 2022 - Jobstown, NJ
Stockton University

Fredericks displayed good strength in his swing with ability to drive the baseball with authority to the gaps. The 6-foot-6, 225-pound first baseman employed a loose, lifted bat path through extension and projects for additional raw power with continued maturity.
