Jordan Nwogu
OF - 2017 - Ann Arbor, MI
Michigan
Nwogu is one seriously strong young man at a cut 6-2/225 and it would surprise no one if he was committed to attend Michigan for football instead of baseball. He can impact the ball very hard at the plate with a short right handed swing and is also a 6.6 runner in the sixty.
Roy Thurman
OF - 2017 - Indianapolis, IN
Akron/Lincoln Trail College
Thurman is an extra strong athlete with a solid and mature 6-0/200 build. His right handed swing is loose and fast with nice extension through contact and lots of gap power.
John Malcom
UT - 2018 - West Bloomfield, MI
Tampa/College of Central Florida
Malcom is the 72nd ranked player in the 2018 class per Perfect Game and all you have to do to see why is see his elite level left handed bat speed. He had a very good event, showing the ability to drive the ball the other way that he previously hasn't shown PG scouts and a promising thing for his development as a hitter.
Ryan McCurry
OF - 2018 - Solon, OH
Indiana
McCurry stood out for his solid 6-0/185 athletic build, 6.6 speed in the sixty and strong outfield arm but really impressed was his game at-bats. He pretty much crushed the ball with plus bat speed and power every time up to the plate.
Tommy Blitchok
3B - 2018 - Grandville, MI
Uncommitted
Blitchok is a high energy player with lots of athleticism that he used to show that he could legitimately play at just about every position in the field. But his best tool was his right handed bat speed and the aggressiveness that he attacked the ball with.
Drew Rom
LHP - 2018 - Fort Thomas, KY
Michigan
Rom is an athletic 6-2/180 lefty with a quick arm and two solid present pitches that should continue to improve. He topped out at 87 mph on his fastball but his best pitch was often a 77 mph slider that frequently showed sharpness and depth.
Cal Johnston
OF - 2018 - Lansing, MI
Uncommitted
Johnston really stands out with a well proportioned 6-4/224 build and the obvious strength that comes with it. He ran a 6.8 sixty and had good outfield arm strength and flashed bat speed from a right handed swing that can improve with better extension and drive to contact.
Brandon Kline
OF - 2018 - Canonsburg, PA
Uncommitted
Kline is undoubtedly undersized at 5-9/160 but ran a 6.9 sixty and showed strong defensive actions at two positions in addition to swinging an aggressive bat. Then he took the mound and threw a mid-80's fastball and a 74 mph curveball with serious tightness while pounding the strike zone. He'll find a nice place to play college baseball with all those tools.
Jackson Brown
RHP - 2018 - Oconomowoc, WI
Uncommitted
Brown has a nice combination of present tools, athleticism and projection and is a good bet to keep improving as he gets stronger. The 6-3/185 righty topped out at 84 mph with good life on his fastball from a quick and easy arm action. He's also a pretty good right handed hitter.
Aaron Dolney
C - 2019 - Plymouth, MI
Nebraska
Dolney is more physically mature and stronger than most sophomores but he has the tools to go with it. He's quick and agile behind the plate with a present plus throwing arm and also was 85 mph off the mound. The left handed hitter also had lots of bat speed and aggressiveness at the plate.
Tito Flores
3B - 2019 - Allen Park, MI
Michigan
Flores is a 6-2/190 athlete with good present strength and plenty of physical projection. He had quality at-bats all day after a strong batting practice and benefits from a very simple and repeatable set of hitting mechanics that allow him to consistently square up the ball and drive it hard.
Ryan Lynch
LHP - 2020 - Granger, IN
Notre Dame
Lynch is the 40th ranked freshman in the country in the PG rankings and that might be a bit understated based on this event. The highly athletic youngster stood out on both sides of the ball, first with a quick and strong right handed swing and his 6.8 speed but more so with his lively 87 mph fastball and sharp breaking ball.
Kyren Power
1B - 2020 - Plainfield, IN
Heartland CC
Power has a strong and athletic 6-0/185 build for his age and has a nice right handed swing with some present bat speed and the ability to drive the ball hard. He also showed good athleticism and footwork at first base and will be an asset there defensively.
