Hornbacher put forth impressive performances on both sides of the ball. The 5-foot-8 southpaw filled up all parts of the strike zone with his three-pitch mix, showing good feel for locating his entire arsenal. He also showed off his strength at the plate, posting an exit velocity of 77 mph.
Nelson showcased smooth traits on the defensive side of the ball, taking quick and efficient routes to it before fielding it with soft hands. He recorded arm strength up to 76 mph on throws across the diamond. Nelson also put together a consistent round of batting practice, spraying liners to all parts of the diamond.
Miller turned in a clean infield round during the defensive workout, taking quick routes to the baseball while covering plenty of ground laterally. He delivered accurate throws up to 75 mph across the diamond. At the plate, Miller showcased his bat-to-ball skills both during batting practice and live at-bats.
