He also mixed in a mid-70s slider and change-up that helped to keep hitters off balance. Guerra also had a good showing during BP, posting exit velocities up to 81 mph.
Vernon showcased quick and efficient actions behind the plate, recording pop times as low as 1.94 seconds. He has the ability to make a quick and efficient transfers, firing throws down to second that reach 75 mph from the crouch. Vernon also had a strong showing at the plate, producing exit velocities up to 76 mph while running a solid 7.57 sixty yard dash.
Pederson had a strong showing in all areas of his game, starting on the mound, where he reached 80 with the fastball and mixed in a sharp mid-60s curveball.
