2023 Top Prospects

Litarris Murray  OF - 2023 - Desoto, TX
Oklahoma

A 13u PG Select Fest alum, Murray put an array of tools on display during his time in Fort Myers. A switch-hitter, Murray showed nice hand-eye coordination from either side while finding the barrel in game and also put up the best time in the 60-yard dash of the entire event.

Yahil Melendez  SS - 2023 - Guanica, PR
Rice

Melendez made the trip from Puerto Rico and showed very well on both sides of the ball, both during drills and in game. Long and projectable at 5-11/137, Melendez moves well on his feet with balance and fluid actions but also showed intriguing tools at the plate with carry and leverage to his pull side.

Oliver Service  C - 2023 - Detroit, MI
Texas

Service came down from Michigan and put his tools on display which included one of the better outfield arms in the event, topping out at 82 mph. While there are timing components to his swing, there's also strength, present bat speed, and whip to the barrel.

Drew Kennedy  1B - 2023 - Malvern, PA
Tampa

The bat is the big highlight here for Drew Kennedy out of Malvern, Pennsylvania. An advanced power approach for his age, Kennedy showed the top pop of batting practice while also posting the best exit velocity of the event.

Tyshon Patty  SS - 2023 - Lawrenceville, GA
Jackson State

Patty was up to 78 mph on the mound and showed quickness to his arm, but it's with the bat where he impressed the most. With present strength to his frame already, Patty shows fluidity to his hands and life off the barrel with solid jump coming off with extension out front.

Gavin Wang  RHP - 2023 - Scotch Plains, NJ
Uncommitted

Wang stood out on the mound in Ft. Myers, running the fastball up to 79mph and showing excellent feel to land a breaking ball for strikes. Wang was lights out in his outing, striking out three in two hit-less innings of work.

Evan Meier  OF - 2023 - West Point, VA
Mount St. Mary`s

Meier put together a nice showcase overall, standing atop the leaderboard in metrics with a 7.20 60-yard time and upper-70s throwing velocities from three different positions. He's already strong enough to impact the baseball with wood, showing jump off the barrel with a simple enough approach in the box.


2024 Top Prospects

Bryce Clavon  SS - 2024 - Kennesaw, GA
Georgia

Clavon came to Fort Myers having added some strength to his frame, an area that aided his game as he posted one of the best 60-yard time s(7.01) as well as the best outfield throwing velocity (85 mph). He shows a short, compact stroke from the right side with solid present bat speed and nice jump coming off the barrel.

Kennith Lohmann  RHP - 2024 - Franklin, TN
Lipscomb

Lohmann may be listed as a primary third baseman but there's big upside on the mound for the young Tennessee native. He was up to 83 mph, the best in the event, and showed a quick arm and clean mechanics as well as a highly projectable frame.

David Hogg II  SS - 2024 - Mansfield, TX
Louisiana State

Hogg II is a young switch-hitter out of Texas who impressed from both sides of the plate, showing equally impressive juice both right and lefthanded. He does a nice job of getting the barrel out and also posted a 7.22 in the 60-yard dash.

Luca Perriello  C - 2024 - Evans, GA
Virginia Tech

A very projectable switch-hitting catcher with versatility all over the diamond, Perriello showed power potential especially in his lefthanded stroke while also topping out at 81 mph on the mound. The east Georgia native graded out well behind the plate as well as in the infield displaying lots of promise with future development.

Elbert (Trey) Craig  1B - 2024 - Mansfield, TX
Texas A&M

Craig is one of the more physical players in attendance and he knows how to incorporate that very well into his righthanded swing. The ball jumps very hard to the middle and pull side parts of the field and as he continues to incorporate additional lower half, he'll unlock even more power.

Reggie Sharpe  SS - 2024 - Grosse Pointe Park, MI
Michigan State

Sharpe shows projectable tools across the board as he continues to develop physically and add strength. The young Michigan native shows looseness throughout the field, with soft hands in the infield and fluidity to his swing with a natural feel for the barrel.

Lazaro Collera  RHP - 2024 - Miami, FL
Miami

Collera is a long and projectable third baseman who already shows nice arm strength across the diamond at 80 mph. He shows fluidity and looseness to his hands at the plate, working to his pull side with nice jump coming off the barrel.

Cash Campbell  3B - 2024 - Downers Grove, IL
Iowa

Campbell is a physical lefthanded bat out of Illinois who put some of the better raw power of the event. He creates nice separation in his swing with extension out front, generating easy power off the barrel while projecting for more.

Dane Most  3B - 2024 - Broomfield, CO
Nebraska

Most made the most out of his game action, making a few outstanding plays in the middle infield and showcasing an impressive offensive approach. The primary shortstop moves well in the infield, has advanced glove actions, and profiles at third base at the frame matures.

Marlon Moore  SS - 2024 - Washington, OK
Cowley County CC

A projectable middle-infielder, Moore was impressive this weekend with advanced, athletic actions in the infield and some pull-side power at the plate. The Oklahoma native plays with a high motor and has exceptional feel for the game.

Troy Korvick  RHP - 2024 - Miami, FL
St. Petersburg College

A primary outfielder, Korvick also impressed scouts on the mound in Ft. Myers. The right-hander creates a tough down angle to the fastball up to 81mph, and showed advanced feel to spin a mid-60s breaking ball. At 6-foot-2, 185-pounds, the Florida native projects for more velocity as he continues to grow into the frame.

England Bryan  RHP - 2024 - Hillsboro, TN
Vanderbilt

Bryan displayed some of the best arm strength of the weekend, both from behind the plate (78 mph) and on the mound, showing big carry on his throws down to second base. He's also a switch-hitter who incorporates his physical strength well from both sides, showing carry off the barrel with plenty of fluidity.

Noah LaFine  RHP - 2024 - Uniontown, OH
Vanderbilt

Lafine was one of the top pitchers of the weekend in terms of velocity topping out at 82 mph with his fastball. His fluid mechanics and three pitch mix make him an advanced right-handed arm in an early look at the 2024 class.

Will St.Onge  RHP - 2024 - Sarasota, FL
Coastal Carolina

St. Onge did a little bit of everything during his time in Fort Myers, both during drills and in live action. He does a nice job of staying short and direct to the ball with his hands, showing plenty of quickness while also running his fastball up to 80 mph on the bump.


2025 Top Prospects

Coy Allman  C - 2025 - Marietta, PA
Uncommitted

Allman showcased soft hands and a quick exchange to throw defensively, and the Pennsylvania native was able to put throws on the bag with ease. Allman used a patient and mature approach at the plate to shine in game action, working long at-bats and showing good feel for the barrel.


Free Agents Top Prospects

Jose Perdomo  SS - Free Agents - Orlando, 0 VEN

Perdomo made the trip to Fort Myers from Venezuela and the young shortstop impressed with his talents on both sides of the ball. Already standing at 5-11, Perdomo works through the ball well at shortstop with quality arm strength and shows a simple/low effort swing with nice bat speed and carry to all parts of the field off the barrel with jump.
