Jackson Downing (2023 SS, Kansas City, MO) showed nice bat speed and looked to hit the ball with a long and loose swing with good extension through the ball with a line drive swing plane. He's an aggressive hitter who is attacking the baseball.
Dillon Houk (2022 C, Liberty, MO) is listed at 6-2/195 and has some present strength for a 14 year old. He projects plenty of power in the future and drove some hard up the right centerfield gap.
Kaedon Diego Mas (2022 2B, Rancho Cucamonga, CA) has a smooth and easy swing that has some present bat speed with more to come. He looks like a polished hitter who's had lots of repetitions and was almost always right on time.
Tate McGuire (2023 RHP, Kansas City, MO) has a simple and repeatable swing from a low handed start that gives him some lift and uphill angle in his swing plane. He got carry on his best contacts, mostly to the pull side.
Dondreone Kennedy (2023 IF, Fort Worth, TX) gets coiled and loaded well before starting his swing and has quick hands working with his body to generate bat speed. He drove the ball well to the left centerfield gap.
Matthew Santana (2023 C, St John, IN) has good present strength and uses a very simple swing approach that enables him to square up the ball consistently. He squared up balls consistently in batting practice with some jump and did the same thing in his game at-bats later in the day.
Joe Connolly (2023 SS, Omaha, NE) is a young switch-hitter who looks like he has the tools to keep switch-hitting. He had better bat speed right handed in BP but took nice swings left handed in the games.
Addison Smith (2023 SS, Liberty, MO) was very similar to Joe Connolly in being a young switch-hitter who showed better raw bat speed from the right side in batting practice but who came out in the games and put some good swings on the ball from the left side.
Carter Beard (2023 C, Claremont, IL) has some strength in his 5-11/180 build and uses it well from and aggressive right handed swing approach.
Colton Wemhoff (2023 SS, Gladstone, MO) has quick hands and nice present bat speed while repeating his swing mechanics and timing very well. He drove the ball hard both in BP and in the games and really projects well physically.
