Event Information
This is the 12th annual 17U BCS Finals which is held on MLB Spring Training fields in Fort Myers, Florida. Past champions of this event include: Orlando Scorpions (2006), East Cobb Astros (2007), Diamond Vision Elite (2008), East Cobb Astros (2009), East Cobb Astros 2010), Texas Sun Devils (2011), Orlando Scorpions (2012), East Cobb Astros/Midwest Elite Baseball (co-2013),Texas Sun Devils (2014), Elite Squad Select 17U, and Scorpions 2017 Black. 

Teams are expected to be ready to play at 8:00 am Monday, July 10th.

Schedule will be released 4 days prior to the start of the event. 

Games: 6 games guaranteed, weather permitting.

Age Eligibility: 2018 Graduate or younger OR born on or after May 01, 1999

Bat Type: Metal or Wood Bat Bat Restrictions

Hotels: All teams are required to book housing through following link Host Hotels

Coolers: Not Allowed

Entry Fee: 2000 USD  

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AT ANYTIME AFTER PAYMENT. PERFECT GAME WILL HOLD A CREDIT TO A FUTURE EVENT IF NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IS GIVEN AT LEAST 3 WEEKS PRIOR

Gate Prices:

  • Tournament Pass: 50.00 USD (Per Person) - Entry to all games for this tournament
  • Daily Pass: 10.00 USD (Per Person) - Entry to all games for a specific day
  • Senior Citizen (65+)/Military Daily Pass: 5.00 USD (Per Person) - Entry to all games for a specific day (Requires ID)
  • Age 14 and younger are free to get in
  • Tournament Program: 5.00 USD

Format:
2017 BCS Format
Pools of 4
Day 1 – 2 games for each team
Day 2 – 1 game for each team
After day 2, the top 2 teams from each pool will go into new pools of 4. For example,
Pool A 1st
Pool B 2nd
Pool C 1st
Pool D 2nd
All go into a new pool together. 
Pool A 3rd
Pool B 4th
Pool C 3rd
Pool D 4th
All go into a new pool together.
Day 3 – 2 games for each team
Day 4 – 1 game for each team

Only teams from the pools that have 1st and 2nd place teams from the original pools can make the playoffs. Top 2 teams from each pool will make playoff Bracket (AA-KK). Teams in 3rd and 4th place pools(LL-VV) will also have a consolation bracket with pool winners and 5 wildcards making that bracket. The consolation bracket is not connected to the actual playoff bracket. 
Seeding: results from the second pool will be the only results factored into playoff seeding. Record, runs allowed or runs scored from the 1st pool will not be used
