Joey Ward (2023 OF, Park Ridge, IL): Square and balanced stance with a minimal leg lift trigger. Showed some feel for the barrel and bat to ball skills to go along with an all fields approach. Smooth stroke with some loft to it.
Ryan Grossenbacher (2022 MIF, Bentonville, AR): Open stance with an abbreviated leg kick. Flat bat path through the zone and his hands have some quality rhythm to them. Plenty of bat speed was showcased in his BP round from both sides of the plate.
Colin Dempsey (2022 RHP, Boise, ID): Slightly open stance with a high back elbow setup and a leg kick trigger. Had solid intent in his swings. He also showed plenty of bat speed during his round to go along with impressive bat speed.
Ray Schlosser (2022 C, Dubuque, IA): Lean frame with room to fill out in the future. Works out of an upright and slightly open stance. Showed some feel for spraying hard contact to all fields and had solid bat speed.
Coleman Hollabaugh (2024 OF, Normandy Park, WA): Long and lean projectable frame. Upright, open stance. Does a very nice job of getting his weight transferred off the back side and has good intent in his swings. Bat path has some slight loft to it.
Jake VanBooven (2023 OF, Elk Grove, IL): Medium, athletic frame. Works out of an open stance with a leg lift load. Explosive lower half, really gets his hips into his swing which generates some power. All fields approach with advanced barrel awareness.
Wyatt Foley (2022 OF, Girard, KS): Long and slender build, plenty of projection for the future. Has a narrow and open stance with a leg kick. Quality intent in his swings and impressive actions in the box.
Drew Veatch (2023 SS, El Dorado, KS): Square and balanced setup in the box with a simple leg lift load. Has a significant amount of loft in bat path which is conducive to putting the ball in the air with authority. All fields approach.
Patrick White (2024 OF, Leawood, KS): Spread out, slightly open stance in the box with a toe tap lower half load. Utilizes his entire lower half in his swing well which taps into his power. Showed the ability to juice balls to all fields.
Thomas Ferroggiaro (2022 SS, Wilsonville, OR): Square and narrow stance with a leg lift trigger that was consistently on time. His swing is compact while still creating loft in the stroke to go along with advanced bat speed.
Kellen Redman (2023 SS, Parker, CO): Upright and slightly open stance with a high hand setup. Utilizes a toe tap timing mechanism. Showed nice bat to ball skills and used an all fields approach where he drove balls to all parts of the diamond.
Ian Wolff (2022 3B, Wright City, MO): Long and lean frame with plenty of projection on it for the future. Upright, square stance with a leg lift load. Showed plenty of bat speed and a flat path through the zone that he was able to consistently generate backspin with.
