Coastal World Series Scout Notes: Day 1

Seth Keller (Rockville, VA 2022) came in the game with two on base and one out. He struck out the next two batters to get out of the inning. The righthanded pitcher is committed to play at Old Dominion and plays for the MPH 101 Grimes. He was blowing the ball by the hitters with his three-quarter arm slot and good drive to the plate. Keller has a very quick arm with a little bit of arm side run along with a swing and miss ball, topping 89 and sitting 87. There is a lot to like about this young man, from his fastball to a nice sharp slider with late movement. Breakout season in the making!
