2023 Top Prospects
Kevin Francella  SS - 2023 - Port Chester, NY
William & Mary

Recording the highest infield velocity (85 mph) and exit velocity (95 mph), Francella's present strength was on display throughout the entirety of Sunday's workout. A toolsy shortstop with all the talent to be able to stick up-the-middle, Francella had a loud BP, peppering balls off the net in left-center field.

Kyle Bailey  C - 2023 - Blauvelt, NY
Dickinson College

An athletically built catcher, Bailey impressed on both sides of the ball. At the dish with a loud round and present gap-to-gap juice, and behind the dish with a 2.01-second pop time with accurate throws on the bag.

Dax Bush  RHP - 2023 - Morristown, NJ
Franklin & Marshall

Bush garnered tons of whiffs on the mound, working a clean two innings, the projectable Bush worked with a repeatable, simple operation from a high 3/4 arm slot. Commanding the zone well, Bush sat 80-84 mph during his outing, displaying advanced feel for a sweeping slider that flashed late bite.

Ellis Windheim  1B - 2023 - Philadelphia, PA
Gaston College

The extra-large, physically built Windheim showcased an impressive hit tool with loads of power potential to the pull side. Using his long levers with a lofted stroke, the 6'3"/195lb corner infielder created easy lift and was able to stay through the ball well. Recording an exit velocity of 88 mph and 81 mph across the diamond during defense work, Windheim is just now tapping into his natural strength and will improve those numbers as he continues to add muscle.

James Quinn  OF - 2023 - East Hampton, CT
Keene State College

Recording one of the highest exit velocities of the day of 91mph, Quinn employed a lofted left-handed stroke and displayed excellent feel for the barrel as he produced loud contact that echoed throughout the facility. Up to 80 mph from the left-side on the bump, Quinn flashes some two-way potential as he continues to refine feel for his repertoire.

Derek Hawley  1B - 2023 - Cortlandt Manor, NY
Massachusetts, Boston

Hawley produced some loud barrels throughout his round of BP, utilizing a quick, elevated stroke with consistent bat-to-ball skills. With present strength in his hands, Hawley possesses present juice to the gaps as he projects as a middle-of-the-order bat.

Cameron Hawley  2B - 2023 - Cortlandt Manor, NY
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute

Hawley impacted the ball well during his round of BP. Working uphill with a lofted stroke, showing the ability to elevate the ball through the middle-of-the-field. Staying in his legs, producing loads of bat speed, Hawley produced some loud line-drives with a whole field approach, turning on a few balls flashing that pull side juice.


2024 Top Prospects
William Kirk  LHP - 2024 - Saddle River, NJ
Virginia

One of the most impressive players of the day, Kirk got everyones attention during outfield drills as he clocked 91 mph with on line, accurate throws to the plate. A legitimate two-way talent, Kirk worked in the mid-80s on the mound, topping 86 as he created a deceptive downhill angle to opposing hitters. Peppering the gaps during BP, showcasing gap-to-gap juice, Kirk carried his outstanding round in live at-bats, barrel up several balls.

Riley Weatherwax  RHP - 2024 - Poughkeepsie, NY
Penn State

Weatherwax clocked one of the best infield vela's during Sunday's workout (84 mph) as he showcased clean actions with the projection to stay up the middle as he adds more strength to his frame. Working up to 85 mph on the mound, the projectable right-hander generated tons of swing-and-misses with a dynamic arsenal. During batting practice, Weatherwax consistently worked up the middle with a compact stroke, using is long levers to create some lift. It was an all around good day for Weatherwax as he will be a fun one to watch throughout the spring and summer.

Jeremy Espinal  SS - 2024 - Yonkers, NY
Felician College

Espinal put together a solid workout Sunday morning. With clean actions and a natural look at shortstop, Espinal flashed range going to his left and right with proper throughout his round. Up to 79 mph across the mound, Espinal still has more room throughout his frame to add strength. While also putting together a consistent round of BP, the young shortstop displayed present bat-to-ball skills with excellent barrel control as a worked through the middle-of-the-field.

Christian Alicea  C - 2024 - Mastic, NY
Saint Leo

Alicea, a physically built catcher with tons of present strength throughout his 5'9"/185lb frame, attacked the baseball during BP, peppering the gaps with backspun line-drives. Extremely quick hands, Alicea remained on time with a hanging leg trigger and incorporated his strong lower half well. Recording a 1.96-second pop time, the Mastic, NY-native was among the leaders for pop times on Sunday.


2025 Top Prospects
Ben Raspanti  C - 2025 - Pearl River, NY
Ithaca College

Raspanti showcased some advanced arm action for a '25 grad, recording an infield velocity of 81 mph with some quick twitch to him as he played through the ball well. Displaying present arm strength behind the plate, Raspanti recorded a 2.01-second pop time as he gained ground and remained on line to his target with a clean transfer. Flashing some gap-to-gap juice at the plate, the Pearl River, NY-native generates plenty of bat speed producing some barrel whip as he employed a compact stroke.

Jimmy Dobbs  C - 2026 - Fairfield, CT
Maryland

Getting the entire facilities attention with some of the loudest contact of the entire weekend, Dobbs mashed balls to the gaps with legitimate power that translates to live action. The physically built '26 grad stands at 5'11"/185lb with present strength throughout his frame as is able to tap into that strength throughout his actions.
