2028 Top Prospects
Liam Skeen  RHP - 2028 - Big Stone Gap, VA
Uncommitted

Liam Skeen ('28, VA) was tremendously impressive as he showed off some of the best arm talent in his class. The explosive 6-1/170 RHP/OF dominated hitters in live ABs with his riding FB that peaked at 87 mph with above average spin traits and elite breaker with 2,600+ rpms. He also reached back for 89 mph on throws from the outfield. He was no slouch with the stick either, leveraging the ball with strong hands at impact. Skeen is a player to follow closely in the coming years.

Camryn Gooding  OF - 2028 - Winterville, NC
Uncommitted

Camryn Gooding ('28, NC) put on display his well-rounded skillset and impressive overall feel for the game. The primary position infielder showed nice first step quickness, clean glove work and excellent dexterity on the slow roller. He has high-end arm strength creating throws up to 78 from the outfield and 73 mph across the diamond. At the plate, he projects above average power with quick hands as he consistently peppered hard line drives gap-to-gap in BP. With his talent on the mound, Gooding is an intriguing two-way prospect to follow down the line.

Trey Hayes  RHP - 2028 - Winterville, NC
Uncommitted

Trey Hayes ('28, NC) created a massive amount of swing and miss on the mound this weekend. He featured a FB up to 78 mph that ran through hitters, a CB with tight spin and late depth and a fading CH to keep hitters off time. He also showed comfort with the glove in the field and the arm played every bit as well here too. At the plate he taps into his long, lean frame to create leverage and projects power long term.

Fitz McClure  1B - 2028 - Goochland, VA
Uncommitted

Fitz McClure ('28, VA) is a densely muscled prospect who showed excellent ability on the mound with his FB up to 74 mph and plus mid-60s CB to back it up. He also showed comfort around the bag at 1B, making easy accurate feeds and flashing smooth glove work. McClure projects well with bat, getting on plane and working the middle of the field with hard line drives. It will be interesting to see which his direction his talent takes him in the next couple years.

Dhillon Cannavo  RHP - 2028 - Washington, DC
Uncommitted

Dhillon Cannavo ('28, DC) stood out with his 6-0/195 frame, having the classic look of a power pitcher. He showed a well developed delivery, pitched off his 75 mph heater and finished hitters with a devastating CB in the low-60s with real depth. His arm talent showed in the field as well, giving him the ability to play most anywhere on the field. His physicality showed at the plate, using loose wrists to make the ball jump off his barrel. Cannavo is a complete athlete that can take his talent any direction he chooses.

2029 Top Prospects
Joseph Hagy  LHP - 2029 - Lynchburg, VA

Joseph Hagy ('29, VA) showed nice actions around the field with his athletic 5-9/140 frame. He moves well on his feet, getting to the ball with hop in his step and using smooth glove work to transition to throw. His arm is quick and accurate, throwing from varying slots at 1B and creating accurate feeds up to 80 mph from the outfield. The left-handed hitter used whip in his hands and a direct path to impact to launch balls with easy juice. Hagy is a talented lefty to keep track of in the near future.
