2024 Top Prospects

Adrian Areizaga  SS - 2024 - Aguada, PR
Miami

Areizaga put together quite the showing in Fort Myers, posting the top 60-yard with a 6.81 while showing the best arm strength across the diamond with an 84 mph throw. His swing might be even more impressive though as it's loose and easy and he was a consistent performer with intriguing power.

Austin Killingsworth  OF - 2024 - Brooks, GA
Georgia State

Killingsworth has a variety of tools that already stand out, beginning with his 6.95 speed and his arm strength which was up to 84 mph from the outfield. He's just as impressive with the bat, showing a short stroke with present bat speed and separation in his swing, generating carry to his pull side.

Brayden Leonard  SS - 2024 - Alpharetta, GA
Villanova

Leonard performed well throughout the Main Event, showing off his arm strength from both the infield and outfield while running a 7.10. His right-handed swing offers nice quickness to his hands and he put together a quality round of BP as well as in game at-bats.

Walker Shaw  RHP - 2024 - Mansfield, TX
Texas A&M-Corpus Christi

Shaw, a primary arm out of Texas, put his arm strength on display throughout the weekend, throwing 85 mph from the outfield before topping out at 80 mph on the mound. He works with a quick and compact arm action and showed confidence in spinning a curveball with 11-5 shape up to 67 mph for strikes.

Jackson Miller  OF - 2024 - Jupiter, FL
Mississippi

Miller's numbers ranked amongst the best of the event, whether it be his outfield velocity, 60-yard time or his 84 mph fastball, the hardest of the showcase. His right-handed swing also allowed him to show off his strength with quick hands and carry off the barrel.


2025 Top Prospects

Everett Johnson  OF - 2025 - Youngsville, NC
North Carolina State

Johnson conitnued to impress with his lefthanded swing, showing plenty of quickness to his hands as he connected for line drive contact all over the field. He ran a 7.10 and moves well on his feet, both in the outfield as well as the infield.

Sam Michel  LHP - 2025 - Gainesville, VA
Duke

Michel is a young left-handed out of Virginia to keep an eye on as the projectable southpaw is already up to 83 mph with a quick arm and a clean release. His breaker showed some bite to it in the low-70s while creating some angle on his fastball which got on hitters quickly.

Tucker Holton  OF - 2025 - Hoschton, GA
East Tenn State

Holton has a lean and projectable 5-11/140 frame but that didn't stop him from showing well with the stick. He stayed short to the ball and creates whip with the barrel which he found often. Holton also showed well both in the outfield as well as the infield and ran a 7.58.

Dylan Wetzel  SS - 2025 - Placentia, CA
California

Wetzel showed nice two-way potential to follow moving forward, swinging it well while also topped out at 81 mph on the mound. He gets extended with his swing well and shows looseness and quickness to his hands with solid carry coming off.

Luke Craddock  1B - 2025 - Warrenton, VA
East Carolina

Craddock is a strongly built 5-11/195 first baseman from Virginia and he showed he knows how to incorporate his strength offensively. His right-handed swing is short to the ball and offers plenty of present bat speed with lift through the zone and carry off the bat.

Bleau Kennedy  RHP - 2025 - Maryville, TN

Kennedy is a strong 6-0/182 who stood out not only for his phsyical strength, but also his tools. He creates nice bat speed through the zone, swinging with intent while working to all fields with carry off the barrel when squared. Kennedy was also up to 84 mph during his time on the mound.

Peter Visconti  C - 2025 - Gurnee, IL

Visconti showed well on both sides of the ball, taking a clean round of infield during the drills portion with soft hands, a quick arm and sound footwork. Offensively he stays short to the ball and remains balanced with his swing, getting the barrel out front with a repeatable set of mechanics.

Carson Quillen  C - 2025 - Greeneville, TN
Virginia Tech

Quillen is younger for the grade but that didn't stop him from showing his talents in Fort Myers. He ran a 7.26 and his arm strength was on full display, topping out at 80 mph on the mound and throwing an impressive 75 mph from behind the dish while utilizing his strength to create nice bat speed through the zone.

Mark Brissey  RHP - 2025 - Batesville, AR
Arkansas

Brissey's 6-1/190 frame stands out for his strength and he showed it off in Fort Myers with solid arm strength all over the diamond, including an 86 mph throw from the outfield and a top fastball of 81 mph. The ball jumped off his bat when squared and he shows a feel for the barrel.

Joshua Campbell  OF - 2025 - Bloomfield Hills, MI
Michigan

Campbell performed well both offensively and defensively as his 7.29 speed allowed him to patrol center field with his athleticism. His swing is short and there's present bat speed with lift and some nice power potential.

Landon Gum  OF - 2025 - Sellersburg, IN
Uncommitted

Gum has projectable power in the box and he put that on display during the event. He creates some carry from his shorter stroke and was also up to 79 mph with three pitches on the bump in a brief outing.

Gabriel Mejia  OF - 2025 - Miami, FL
Uncommitted

Mejia has a young athletic frame and he showed well in Fort Myers, making his presence felt with his defense both in the infield as well as in the outfield where his arm strength stood out. He works to the middle of the field with his righthanded swing and showed a feel for handling the barrel, projecting well moving forward.

Brady Mitchell  OF - 2025 - Tucson, AZ

Brady Mitchell has a lean and athletic build as well as a quick left-handed swing and feel for the barrel which allowed for solid contact up the middle. Along with his loose swing, Mitchell's athleticism plays nicely up the middle with sound actions and soft hands.

Nick Oliveira  1B - 2025 - Jacksonville, FL

One of the best fastball velocities of the 14U event belonged to Nick Oliveria who sat 78-82 mph with his heater. He already has a strong 6-2/188-pound frame that is sure to fill out nicely with additional velocity gains on the way.

Kellen Payne  RHP - 2025 - Byron Center, MI
Nevada

Payne is an athletic right-hander who is a secondary arm, but the stuff and projection on the mound is hard to ignore. He creates good extension with a fastball up to 79 and more to come while also featuring a short curveball and straight changeup.

Carter Rutenbar  C - 2025 - Midlothian, TX
Arkansas

Rutenbar's lefthanded swing showed up often during live action thanks to his quick hands, barreling up the ball to all parts of the field. He also showed off some arm strength from both the infield as well as the outfield.

Koby Seelig  RHP - 2025 - Cambridge, MA
Boston College

There is a lot to like and project on with Koby Seelig as an arm up to 79 mph. The right-hander has a compact arm action and creates nice life to his fastball while also being able to pitch up in the zone and flash a mid-60s breaking ball.

JD Stein  SS - 2025 - Carmel, IN

Stein had a really nice showing in-game with his actions in the infield. The primary shortstop showed a nice feel for the barrel with good hand-eye and a compact right-handed stroke.
