2029 Top Prospects
Ronald Wood  2B - 2029 - New Milford, CT

Wood showed off his strength both on the offensive and defensive side of the ball. The 5-foot-8 lefty hitter created loud impact with leverage to the pull-side during batting practice, and posted an exit velocity of 84 mph. He also ran it up to 80 mph on throws from the outfield.


2030 Top Prospects
Ryan Herbst  3B - 2030 - Yaphank, NY

Herbst was simply dominant on the mound during the live at-bat portion. The 5-foot-10 right-hander induced several swings and misses from his three-pitch mix, running his fastball up to 80 mph. He showed feel for locating his slider down in the zone, which broke late on the horizontal axis with tight spin up above 2200 rpm.

Ethan Kerwin  OF - 2030 - Avondale, PA

Kerwin impressed on both sides of the ball. The 5-foot-11 righty hitter turned in a loud round of batting practice, spraying several hard line drives to the middle of the field. He also showed off his athleticism in the outfield and recorded arm strength up to 80 mph.

Tyler Bottieri  C - 2030 - Closter, NJ

Bottieri swung the bat well both during batting practice and live at-bats. The 5-foot-6 righty hitter rotates hard to the point of contact, delivering a strong barrel in a very timely manner. He posted an exit velocity of 85 mph, and also recored arm strength up to 77 mph across the diamond.

Jack Boxberger  1B - 2030 - Newtown, CT

Boxberger put his power tool on display with a particularly loud round of batting practice. The physical 5-foot-11 lefty hitter has tons of evident strength in the hands and barrel, with feel for creating carry to the pull-side. He posted an exit velocity of 88 mph.
