2026 Top Prospects
Justin Jarrett  3B - 2026 - Ramona, CA

Jarrett was solid across the board last weekend. Showed fundamental defensive actions in both the OF and INF. Put together a strong round of BP, displaying a smooth RH stroke that produced LD barrels that translated into gameplay. Was also strong on the mound, with his loose/quick arm running his heater into the mid 80s he paired with a quality mid 70s SL.

Kameron Benavides  3B - 2026 - San Diego, CA

Benavides showed quality defensive actions on the dirt and showed strong flashes with the bat both during BP and in gameplay. Tight turns of the barrel on an uphill path showing quality bat/hand speed and some sneaky impact to the pull side.


2027 Top Prospects
Kai Miller  OF - 2027 - Redlands, CA
California Baptist

Miller was one of the better athletes of this entire group and it showed in just about everything he did last weekend. Ran the 2nd best 60-yd dash with a 6.79. Then showed fundamental actions in the OF, working to a clean reception and got off strong downhill accurate throws (85 mph). At the plate showed fast hands that deliver a quick/flat barrel through which produced some quality impact which showed during gameplay. Also jumped on the mound for a relief inning of work where he struck out three using a low 80s. T83 fastball and sharp slider.

Zachary Rowe  RHP - 2027 - Reno, NV

Rowe showed flashes of strength and bat speed at the plate within a pull side oriented approach but his quality BP round didn't come close to his loud performance on the mound where he threw three perfect innings striking out eight. Simple operation down the mound with a short/fast arm, getting the fastball up to 87 while displaying a quality mid 70s SL (~2400).

Caleb Foss  2B - 2027 - Chula Vista, CA

Foss showed some of the better INF defensive actions of this group while also having one of the prettier LH swings. Light feet that move well to and through the baseball with smooth/sure glovework. Quick glove-to-hand as well with an accurate arm. His LH swing shows loose hands that whip and accelerate the barrel well while staying inside it and behind it. Was able to produce hard contact throughout his BP round and found three barrels in-game.

Eli Irvine  OF - 2027 - San Diego, CA

Irvine ran the event best 60-yd dash with a 6.66 and that athleticism translated in the OF and at the plate. Active feet defensively showing a bit of some stutter step but works through it strong and creates momentum into throws where he pulled down a solid 82 mph. At the plate, shows a shorter/quick stroke where he stays behind it well and produced hard contact through the middle of the field.

Isaac Lulich  OF - 2027 - Redondo Beach, CA

Lulich was a solid two-way peformer last weekend. Strong round of batting practice showing a balanced and compact LH stroke that produced a ton of hard contact into the gaps and the swing translated in-game with multiple knocks. Also threw three shutout innings of work where he displayed an upper 70s fastball along with a CH and CB he flashed the ability to land in-zone.


2028 Top Prospects
Luigi Simioli  RHP - 2028 - Rancho Palos Verdes, CA

Luigi was one of the more impressive two-way standouts. Quality defensive actions on the dirt with glove-to-hand and arm accuracy showing well. At the plate, was on-barrel a majority of his BP round showing strength to the pull side with his multiple hard LDs which he also produced during gameplay for a couple XBHs. On the mound, he struck out six in his three innings of work. Clean and easy mover down the mound, running his FB into the low 80s, T82 while also mixing in two different breaking balls.

Nolan Taylor  3B - 2028 - Denver, CO

Taylor was a standout '28 showing above avg. skills in many areas. Ran a quality 60 at 7.10. Intent, aggressiveness and fundamentals in the OF with developing INF actions. At the plate, some inconsistent timing but produced a couple of driven FBs through the middle of the field flashing bat-speed/strength. His most impressive showing was on the mound during his three shutout innings. Easy effort operation producing a mid 80s fastball, T85 while mixing in a bigger 11-5 mid 60s breaking ball.

Ryan Barrozo-Looney  C - 2028 - Poway, CA

Ryan was solid behind the plate, in the box and on the mound last weekend. Ran a 7.06 60-yd dash. Strong catch/throw ability popping an event best 1.90. Threw a quick barrel through the zone producing hard pull side contact within a balanced/compact swing that found a couple barrels in-game. Then added a strong performance on the mound where he ran his fastball up to 80 with ability to land a slurvy breaker.

Johnny Bray  RHP - 2028 - Lake Elsinore, CA

Bray was strong in the OF, at the plate and on the mound. Clean glove actions where he showed intent to get it out fast and got off downhill 1-hop accurate throws (85 mph). At the plate, there were flashes of above avg. strength and bat speed. Flatter bat path that produced hard LDs and FBs through the middle of the field. Pitching wise showed off his complete mix and was effective with it. Repeatable and easy effort down the mound. T83 with his fastball while turning over a strong depthy/fading CH and flipping in a big 12/6 breaker.


2029 Top Prospects
McKay Skarlanic  RHP - 2029 - Carlsbad, CA

McKay was one of the more skilled + athletic players of the entire showcase and he's just a '29. Showed strength and an ability to whip the barrel through with ease on an uphill path with barrel accuracy. Was ultra impressive on the mound, showing a smooth and athletic operation down the mound with a loose arm. FB worked up to 86 which he pounded zone with and also had adv. feel to land and execute a sharp SL in the mid-upper 70s.
