3-Gray vs. 4-Red Game Highlights

10/19/2025

McKay Skarlanic (2029 RHP, Carlsbad, CA) was very impressive on the mound on Sunday. He struck out five in his three shutout innings of work. Balanced and smooth down the mound with an easy quick arm that ran his fastball up to 86 while mixing in a sharp depthy SL he had feel to land and execute.

Isaac Lulich (2027 OF, Redondo Beach, CA) went three shutout innings of his own where he struck out six. He ran it up to 79 from the left side while showing feel to land a bigger breaker and depthy CH. He also collected three hits with his best barrel being a LD through the 3-4 hole.

Nolan Taylor (2028 3B, Denver, CO) was another dominant arm, striking out six in his three innings. Real simple and low effort mover down the mound. Ran his FB into the mid 80s, T85 and mixed in a developing bigger 11-5 breaker.

Kai Miller (2027 OF, Redlands, CA) closed it out for Team Red by striking out the side in his inning of work. Some effort but noticeable athleticism to his delivery. FB worked in the low 80s, T83 and flashed a SL with quality traits in the mid 70s.

Justin Jarrett (2026 3B, Ramona, CA) was dominant in his three shutout innings of work where he gave up just one hit and struck out six. He worked fast and pounded zone at a 64% clip. Loose easy arm, running it up to 85 with the heater with ability to land the slider for a strike. Also added a quality oppo liner at the plate.

Kameron Benavides (2026 3B, San Diego, CA) got off one of the better hacks of the day with his loud pull side double over the LF's head. Shows a quick and tight uphill turn of the barrel into contact.

Caleb Foss (2027 2B, Chula Vista, CA) had a couple hits on Sunday, grounded one hard up the middle and also drove one over the CF's head. Shows a loose and easy LH stroke where his hands stay inside it well and deliver an accurate barrel.

Eli Irvine (2027 OF, San Diego, CA) had a 2H game on Sunday with his best hit being a LD shot back up the middle. Athletic player that shows in the box. Hands show quickness in throwing the barrel on a short/direct barrel path.

Kade Rossiter (2027 1B, Lemoore, CA) drove one deep over the LF's head for a double. Big 6-4 frame that taps into some easy strength/impact. Works the barrel on a flatter path through and showed big damage + out front intent on that specific hack.

Nico Sanchez (2027 C, Chula Vista, CA) found a quality barrel, lining one back up the middle for a single. Shorter entry of the barrel through the zone but that shows good out front length.
