Caleb Lambert Jr. (2028, Valrico, Fl.) looked sharp coming in on relief for purple. The righty worked into the mid-70s and went right after hitters. The slider projects well with lots of sweep and generated whiffs.

Bryce Conner (2028, West Melbourne, Fl.) handled the barrel well, picking up a knock in the first inning. The infielder grounded a ball hard up the middle & has good adjustability with strength to match.

Red vs. Royal Game Highlights

8/3/2024

Kase Nickerson (2028, Branford, Fl.) put a charge into one in the bottom of the second, leaving the yard to left field for a three-run shot. The ball cleared the fence by twenty and the right-handed stick can really lift and leverage. Nickerson also hopped on the mound and topped at 80 mph.

James Bowser (2028, Wellington, Fl.) showed clear arm talent, working efficiently in his start. The ball comes out clean, topping at 80 mph. The righty painted the corners and showed solid feel for a hook.

Eisler Piloto (2028, Miami Gardens, Fl.) crushed a ball deep into the right centerfield gap, racing around the bases for a triple. The primary third baseman has plenty of length & uses it well, projecting for good power.

Elijah Prisciandaro (2028, Sanford, Fl.) showed some loud stuff for the Red team. The right-hander operated in the 78-81 from a whippy arm. The slider flashed a ton of sweep and looks like it has the makings of a future out pitch.

Dennis Martino (2028, Tampa, Fl.) very narrowly missed a home run in the final frame. The Tampa native settled for a ground-rule double. The swing is functional and the power plays in game.

Purple vs. Red Game Highlights

8/3/2024

Owen Lenzen (2028, Winter Garden, Fl.) showed a quality mix, getting the start for Red. The fastball at mostly 75-77 and topped at 78 from a simple delivery. The curveball featured healthy 11-5 shape & depth.

Kamauri Wilson (2028, Lakeland, FL) scorched a line shot to the pull side in his first at-bat, picking up a double. The bat is fast as is the glove behind the dish. Wilson has good tools across the board and is a gamer.

Jace Payne (2028, Port Orange, Fl.) showed a live arm on the bump, coming in on relief for Purple. The heater worked in the mid-70s with good life and missed bats. The curveball was sharp with good shape.

Jayden Brancaccio (2028, Port Saint Lucie, Fl.) worked efficiently out of the ‘pen. The fastball topped at 74 mph and got on the hitter’s hands. The slider compliments the heater well and garnered a couple of punchouts.
