Chase Link (2029 C, Duncansville, PA) showcased solid strength in the hands for his age with intent to create leverage out in front and drive the baseball gap to gap throughout his round. The 5-foot-8, 175 pound prospect did a nice job of getting the barrel extended with repeatable actions to the stroke.
Justin Discher (2027 SS, Poughquag, NY) displayed clear line drive tendencies during his round of BP, keeping the bat path level through the zone and controlling the barrel well. The 5-foot-5, 120 pound left handed hitter should continue to see strength develop in the future to match the already evident contact tool.
Connor Ackerman (2027 RHP, East Meadow, NY) was one of the more intimidating presences in the box, flashing plenty of jump off the barrel when timed up effectively. Power should come naturally for the 6-foot-4, 210 pound prospect as the stroke refines and develops in the future.
Hunter Kass (2027 3B, Plainview, NY) put some effortless bat speed on display during his round, creating loud impact to both gaps with backspin production present. He utilized the lower half effectively in the stroke with additional power becoming prominent in the near future.
Alfonso Terrana (2027 3B, Oyster Bay, NY) was able to drive the baseball with authority to the opposite field throughout his round, showcasing clear strength in the hands with lots of barrel whip displayed. The strong framed 6-foot-4, 215 pound righty certainly didn't get cheated on swings and generated easy carry when timed up.
