Carson Froy (2025 LHP, Woodstock, GA) set the tone early, going three innings striking out five with limited hard contact allowed. Starter's mix with a firm four seamer that sat 77-80 and got good results in the lower half of the zone when he get on top and controlled it, paired with a solid low 70's change he sold well with some late sink and tunnel. Froy started to mix in a breaking ball in the later half of the start as well, a show me pitch that landed in the zone for strikes. Solid look here, good results and showing overall.
Luke Miner (2024 RHP, Germantown, TN) wrapped things up out of the 'pen, grabbing two innings late. Nice pitcher's body at 6'4/190, projection remaining to the entire overall profile including velo and pitchability. Reared back and grabbed 86 on the four seam, sat comfortably in the 82/3 range while flashing a CT/CB/CH all in the arsenal. Cutter was the bread and butter offering, getting late glove side movement as it should with occasional vertical drop. The curveball added depth and changed eye levels nicely, intriguing uncommitted '24 arm.
Aden Redlich (2025 RHP, Austin, TX) featured a clean arm stroke out of the 'pen, getting down the slope well for the size with athleticism and balance. Touched 83-mph on the heater and really ripped off a nice slider he kept slot/intent on that got solid lateral break at its best.
Andrew "Cole" Rhame (2025, Austin, TX) looked sharp on the LS of the infield, handling all chances cleanly with soft hands out front and quick funnel to the transfer/slot on throws over. Moves well, also burned the centerfielder with a triple in the later half of the game. Intriguing prospect to monitor as he continues to hit and add arm strength.
Eli Attaway (2026 OF, Bogart, GA) found himself a pair of solid barrels, collecting both a 2B and 3B in today's contest. Both XBH's split a gap and burned a corner OF, showing off some speed and cruising around the paths. Barrel skills present and they really translate in game, has a track record of performing in game off live pitching and that showed here today with the approach.
Milan Obradovich (2024 C, Tuscaloosa, AL) with a break out showcase of sorts today, performing impressively with all metrics across the board and put the cherry on top with a great in game performance in the box. Smoked a liner sac fly to right field early on, handling some velo and taking it to right field then putting a ball off the top of the LF wall in his last AB of the game for a double. Bat speed and barrel feel all here, loud stuff today.
Ty Newton (2025 OF, Murfreesboro, TN) was all over the barrel today with multitude of hits, working all fields and showing off some adjustablity in the swing with ability to manipulate the barrel head. Great athlete, interesting follow long term here as the innate hitting skills are there combined with above average athleticism make it easy to bet on long term.
Luis Carlos Cruz (2026 C, Bayamon, PR) collected two hits here today as well, working right field for both. Solid approach, good feel of the strike zone and was able to work a couple good at bats en route to collecting these two singles.
Justice X Lockwood (2025 SS, Pinson, AL)- Nice two hit performance from Lockwood, who found a couple holes in the infield to find his way on. Capped it off with a double right down the left field line.
Adam Kidder (2024 C, Germantown, TN)- Strong prospect and it translates in the box when squared up, aggressive base runner who found himself a ground rule double in the right-center gap late in the contest. Has real gap to gap impact, impressive behind the dish too with a strong arm.
