2-Orange vs. 3-Purple Game Highlights

8/6/2023

Anthony Sotelo (2026, Oakland, CA) was one of the few standouts in the four innings affair. He got the start and pitched three shutout innings. He ran his fastball into the upper 70s and mixed in a quality slider and changeup as well where he exhibited solid control of his complete mix. Sotelo also collected one of the few hits of the game with a line drive single to right.

Emilio Ramirez (2024, San Bruno, CA) threw two shutout innings for Team Orange. He pitched to contact and avoided barrels inducing a lot of weak contact working consistently to the glove-side with his FB/CB combination. Emilio also had the only hit for Team Orange with a hard ground ball into the 5-6 hole.

Caden Birch (2025, Reno, NV) had the loudest barrel of the game which was a line out deep into centerfield. Birch had a similar result in an earlier game which shows his middle approach. He uses a simple lower half trigger with a smaller hand load which allows him to be on-time and throw a consistently accurate barrel on a direct barrel path that flashes some present hand/barrel quickness.

1-Gray vs. 3-Purple Game Highlights

8/6/2023

Tristan Ainsworth (2025, Brentwood, CA ) pitched two solid innings for Team Gray. He has a projectable high-waisted build with an arm that can run a fastball up to 80. Ainsworth also found one of the louder barrels of the day with a double into the right center gap where he showed a smooth and rhythmic left-handed swing.

Martin Rosales (2024, West Sacramento, CA) went three shutout innings for Team Purple where he struck out four. He’s a physical RHP who used a simple/repeatable delivery. His fastball got up to 80 but his secondaries stood out where his slider and changeup both showed quality shape and induced whiffs.

Lukas Green (2024, Sun Valley, NV) caught the loudest barrel of the day with a blast into the left-center gap for a triple. Green is a physical corner INF who has a simple right-handed swing which Is all he needs to tap into a lot of the strength in his frame. Green also got on the mound for two solid innings of work.

Caden Bolin-Percy (2026, Rohnert Park, CA) had one the better swings of the game where he did exactly what he needed to do on an outside fastball which was let it get deep and send it down the right field line for a double. Caden has a simple right handed stroke where his hands work short and direct to the baseball.

1-Gray vs. 2-Orange Game Highlights

8/6/2023

Caden Fowler (2025, Sparks, NV) got the start for Team Gray and went three innings of one run ball and struck out three. He ran his fastball up to 80 and mixed in a breaking ball in the mid 60s he showed he can land for strikes.

Duncan Delange (2025, Gardnervill, NV) went three shutout innings for Team Orange where he struck out four. His fastball was up to 81 that he got several late swings on and he produced a lot of in-zone takes off his mid 60s breaker. Delange has an athletic delivery with a quick arm.

Brady Stewart (2026, Milll Valley, CA) collected two hits for Team Orange. He kept his hands inside on a breaking ball that he shot the other way for a single in his first at bat. Then in his second at bat, he lined one to the left for a single. Real simple right-handed swing where his foot gets down early and he lets his quick hands throw the barrel.

Tripp Higgins (2025, Los Altos Hills, CA) had the only RBI hit for Team Orange where he caught enough barrel to send one down the right field line for a standup double.

Caden Birch (2025, Reno, NV) had a solid two-way day against Team White where he came in relief for two shutout innings. He ran his fastball up to 77 and showed a simple and repeatable delivery.
