Jake Uber is a 2025 OF/RHP with a 6-1 165 lb. frame from Cameron Park, CA who attends Ponderosa. Features a tall, slender build with room to add. Ran a 7.03 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder. Showcases a patient approach into a clean transfer. Still developing consistent momentum through the catchpoint. Will throw uphill at times using a longer arm action. Threw 76 mph during workouts. Right-handed hitter. Utilizes a wide base stance with a high hand setup. Shifts weight using a toe tap timing mechanism. Swings on a direct path with hand speed present. Can get extended well out front. Approach stays gap to gap with some barrel feel present. Projects well for more power down the line. Right-handed pitcher. Uses a long arm action into a high 3/4 slot release. Still refining body control down the mound. Fastball sat 75-77 mph. Can create some depth on shorter, low-70’s slider. Shows spin rates near 2300 rpm. Good student.
