Frankie Castillo (2023 OF, Sacramento, CA) found a barrel with every cut he took as he swung it with authority today. He launched baseballs deep to center while showing he could generate backspin, creating easy power.
Jacob Cullen (2022 C, Folsom, CA) stayed simple in his approach as he utilized a quiet approach at the dish. Pull-side power showing early in his round and then simplified late as he sprayed a couple into the right-center gap to end a strong round of batting practice.
John Handy (2024 C, Auburn, CA) the young right-handed bat showcased strong hands as he impacted the baseball out front with thump. Generated loud contact when he found the barrel and projects power down the road.
Everet Johnson (2024 3B, Sonoma, CA) utilized his athleticism as he showed quick hands during his round. Stayed short and simple to the baseball as he sprayed it on a line to all fields.
Rocco Palmini (2021 OF, Petaluma, CA) took a mature round of batting practice as he hit it where it was pitched before showing off some power. Knows how to leverage the baseball as he impacts with intent to do damage.
Juaren Salas (2025 SS, Bremerton, WA) was fundamental in his approach as the young man knew where the bat head was at all times. Did a good job firing the hips before working into a linear swing path. Drove it to all fields and has big promise in the box going forward.
JT Shank (2023 1B, Castle Pines, CO) the left-handed bat utilized a physical build as he crushed baseballs during his round today. Does a good job getting extended and knows how to generate backspin. Easy power showing and projects even more in the future.
Isaiah Landry (2023 OF, El Cerrito, CA) swung it with intent today as he found barrels with almost every swing. Great hand-eye coordination showing as he drove it where it was pitched.
Nico Castrillo (2021 SS, Hercules, CA) utilized a great set of hands as he worked with an uphill swing path. Did a nice job getting extended and proved to have some power to the pull-side. Mature approach as he proved he could drive the outer half pitch the other way on a line.
Luis Martinez (2022 SS, San Jose, CA) flashed plenty of fast twitch type muscle in the box as he threw hands at the baseball while generating easy bat speed. Stayed short and simple as he drove it to all fields on a line.
Kaden Peterson (2022 OF, Sparks, NV) showcased a simple mechanically approach as he started spread out and relied on his hands to get the job done. Whips the bat head through the zone and then impacts out front with a bang. Drove it the other way with comfort as well.
Joel Roberts (2023 3B, Modesto, CA) put his physical build to good use in the box as the 6-foot-0 right-hander created some noise with the bat. Flashed an uphill swing path as he drove deep fly balls gap to gap.
